I've been coming here monthly since 2023. Jane is gentle, kind and understanding. Not pushy with product sales and renewing package. Doesn't exaggerate on my skin issues that makes me feel bad. No fuss facial treatment where I have to lie down for so long. I'm usually relaxed that I have my power naps here. Parking is not difficult as I always make appointment during non peak hours. Lastly, Jane goes above and beyond in taking care of me like making the sweet herbal tea that I like, giving me a honey drink when I had a coughing fit, preparing a sandwich lunch for me once and sharing information that is not related to skincare because I spoke about it during my session. The little things she does is what makes this place a gem.
