I recently visited ENERGY SPA and had a truly relaxing experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. The spa was immaculately clean, and the soothing scents and calming music immediately put me at ease.The therapist was skilled and attentive, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated.

There is receptionist Shuba was welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. She greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. She also took the time to explain the available services and answer all my questions, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. Her friendly attitude really set the tone for the entire visit.

Overall, I highly recommend Energy Spa for anyone looking to unwind and indulge in a high-quality spa experience. The combination of excellent service, a serene environment, and a knowledgeable staff makes it a must-visit!

On January 28th, I went to my favorite spa, Energy Spa, on Chinese New Year’s Eve.
For the first time in my life, an Indian masseuse massaged me. Her name is Viji.

I I had an amazing 90-minute session with her. She’s very experienced, gentle, and good with pressure. I will definitely come back for the Hot Stones Relaxation Combo. See you again!

Energy Spa is always my choice because my massage consultant, Ms. Vigi, is incredibly professional and attentive. She understands my needs and preferences. She is incredibly skilled and intuitive and expertly worked out all the knots and tension in my muscles, leaving me feeling completely revitalized. Will never come back here. Been their loyal customer pass 9 years (2011-2020) and they change their masseur & therapist everytime I go back. Unfortunately, been hearing all their ongoing politics and office drama between the therapist & receptionist. Apparently the receptionist & manager will team up and bully those who are not their gang and will not assign customer to them until they leave. I’m just turning a blind eye & ear as long as they don’t disturb me but until to this thing happen : I was out of the country for quite some time but try to reach out to them non stop via email but no response at all. Once I’m back to Malaysia and give them a call - they said all my package balance was forfeited due to no-visit for quite some time. What kind of service you gave to a 9yrs faithful customer? This! Thank you for your worst hospitality ever in spa industry.
