- best location, right at the busy Putrajaya area. lots of shop nearby
- room was clean & ok.
- But AC is not cooled, even with 16°C setting. Fan blower is slow even with full speed. (I have clean the filter by myself)
- windows curtain need to clean too

This was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve ever had. A dirty room, a bedbug-infested mattress, and an unprofessional receptionist definitely not what any guest expects or deserves. Please take this as serious feedback, improve your cleanliness and train your staff in basic hospitality.

Bilik dalam keadaan okay tapi bilik air needs to be improved. Rasa lantai melekit, dinding pun nampak kusam & lantai di lobi pun terasa kesat dan berbunyi ketika berjalan.

Our stay at the Enclave Hotel (June 16-19, 2025) in a twin single room was disrupted when my friend woke up with bed bug bites on the second day. We found bed bugs upon inspection.
We reported the issue that evening, and the hotel promptly moved us to a new room, which was bug-free. While we appreciate their quick action, the initial incident made us anxious about the hotel's cleanliness. We even needed to visit a clinic for the bites.
The Enclave Hotel should implement thorough pest control and regular inspections to prevent this from happening to future guests.

the place is strategic. the walls are thin. can hear ppl showering next room. so many food chains around is enough to make me happy. although the parking is a bit of a hassle.

1st time staying in this hotel.lobby is large too & got only 1 lift for guest.the hotel only have 4 level & the environment is quite. It located at the end of the road,near big pharmacy.Smile hotel just a gew walk from this hotel.overrall,ok👍🏻
