Lots of food variety but nothing to shout about. Nice place to hang around as the seating is comfortable n ambiance is OK. Food wise is just OK. Black pepper sauce served with chicken chop was still cold n not heated properly. Still lumpy. Price more for the ambiance n not the food. Will come again as they're is not many choice around that area just to hang around with friends.
Parking is good as no other shops around.

Just had a satisfying meal at 8 Toast Nanyang Kopitiam and I have to say—this place is a hidden gem for anyone who loves variety and authentic local flavors! 😍🍽️ From the moment I stepped in, I could smell the aroma of freshly brewed kopi and perfectly toasted bread. The ambiance has a nostalgic charm that brings you back to the classic Nanyang coffee shop vibes, but with a cleaner, more modern twist.

What really impressed me was the huge variety of food choices available. Whether you're in the mood for kaya butter toast, nasi lemak, curry noodles, chee cheong fun, or even dim sum—there’s something for everyone. Every dish we ordered was delicious, fresh, and well-portioned. I especially loved the thick toast—it was crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and paired so well with soft-boiled eggs and traditional Hainanese kopi. ☕🍞

I also appreciate how they cater to both light eaters and big eaters. You can come in just for a quick toast and coffee, or sit down for a full, hearty meal. It's perfect for breakfast, brunch, or even a late lunch.

Friendly staff, quick service, and affordable prices make the experience even better. It’s definitely a place I’ll be revisiting again and again—too many things on the menu I still want to try!

First time here and tried their seafood braised noodles. The taste is somewhat lacking, not much seafood taste but the price is very affordable I would say. Also ordered the 月球咖啡, the name seems cute but it’s just a regular coffee with Dalgona sugar on top I guess? Not bad because it’s not too sweet.

Shiok brunch at Eight Toast! The mushroom toast with soft egg was super umami, and the kaya butter toast crispy and steady. Iced coffee also very gao and just nice sweet. Place clean, chill vibes, and staff friendly. Good spot to lepak and makan. Will come back again to try more!

这个餐厅气氛不错，食物少了一些。不会难吃。特色咖啡☕️“月球咖啡”（the moon coffee）RM6.90好喝，苦中带甜。虾面RM13.90好吃，虾🦐不太新鲜，肉质差，虾肠没去除，乌贼🦑还OK。奶油鱼肉饭🐟RM14.90属于合格偏酸甜，送一碗原始萝卜汤🥣。豆奶RM3.80就很难喝❌，不建议尝试。

A fairly spacious & well ventilated place with a pleasant ambience, discretely located at a corner, opposite the IPK Ayer Keroh. The staff were efficient and helpful. There was a large variety of food ie. bread, rice items, noodles & snacks available, including a good variety of vegetarian dishes. Hot & cold beverages available. Ewallet payment accepted. Ample parking space in front.
