The apartment is nice and well-maintained, but the service is very impersonal. Everything is handled through WhatsApp, and you pick up the key from a locker. The room is not cleaned unless you pay extra for it, which was not clearly mentioned beforehand. Towels are only replaced every three days; if you want fresh ones more often, you have to pay an additional fee. There are no restaurants or breakfast options in the immediate vicinity of the building, so you always need to take a taxi. Fortunately, transportation is well-organized and runs smoothly.

My partner and I spent our honeymoon at here, and it was truly unforgettable. The apartment was incredibly spacious, spotless, and offered stunning views of the city skyline. One of the highlights was the rooftop infinity pool — the views were magical, especially in the evening, and created the perfect romantic atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to all the key attractions. Our host was warm, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. Eaton Residences struck the perfect balance between comfort, luxury, and convenience. We’d absolutely recommend it to any couple looking for a dreamy and relaxing escape in the city.

Not worth the price. 25’ min walk from the centre. Wifi does not work. Signal is very poor. Apartment was average. Heaps of people in the pool at night obviously because of the views. But good luck trynna get a nice shoot, people will take 1000 pictures before they move

I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and overall, my experience was average. The location was convenient, but there were a few areas that could be improved.

The room was not clean and found some used items of previous staycators and it felt a bit outdated.thinking the rooms was not cleaned .The bed was comfortable, but the noise from the hallway and neighbouring rooms made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Overall, it was an okay stay—not terrible, but not particularly memorable either. It’s a decent option for a short trip, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Please do not stay at Eaton Residence by Sutera in Kuala Lumpur.

They will not give you your full refund even after sending them proof of their filthy unit INFESTED BY COCKROACHES.

They didn’t even apologize to me and has the audacity to offer me another unit UNDER THEIR CARE the next morning! Because the last time I checked the only thing they care about is breeding the cockroaches in their unit!

Mind you we book this in advanced and you have no decency to check the cleanliness of your apartment?! Like we were greeted with 6 little cockroaches in the living room and kitchen! I even stepped on one on the floor!

You obviously didn’t clean it! If you don’t clean that one unit, obviously you’re not cleaning the rest of the unit. Their service are so unprofessional! But somehow professional at breeding cockroaches. 🤡

Worst experience ever! We got the 2 bedroom apartment for 2 nights and the moment we checked in we saw about 6 cockroaches in the living room and on the dining table! And the property owner did not even apologise nor give us a full refund even though WE DID NOT STAY THERE! We booked through agoda and hence asked them to assist on a full refund but the property owner refused and only said can refund for 1 night. They offered to arrange another apartment but why would we even step back into the residence knowing other rooms would be infested too.

Well, I believe most people come here for the amazing KL view on the 51st floor. Indeed, the infinity pool and Twin tower view is 2nd to none.

The pool closes at 10PM. Why not 11PM Since it is the main attraction.

The rooms are acceptable. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, then this is not the one. You can hear noises of door closing, people chating outside and next door wardrobe clearly. I can't believe a luxury property in Kia Peng comes with such poor noise insulation...
