We absolutely loved our stay here! The owner was so kind and helpful, always quick to respond, which made everything super easy. The house was way more spacious than we expected, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It honestly felt like a home away from home!
The location was perfect too, just a short walk to the playground, which the kids really enjoyed, and close to shops, so grabbing anything we needed was super convenient. We’re so happy with our stay and I’ll definitely be recommending this homestay to all my friends. Can’t wait to come back again!

We had a remarkable and pleasant experience staying at this homestay which feels more like a luxury hotel+ home rather than a homestay. The hosts were very nice and responded promptly to all my questions. There were plenty of utensils and the place was spacious enough to accommodate my extended families of 11 adults and 12 kids. Each room is ensuite with their own bathroom and they even provided fresh towels and bed linens that makes you feel like staying at a 5 star hotel! Overall, I highly recommend this place and I’d definitely stay here again in the future! 👍🏻

Perfect homestay – feels like home, with the comforts of a hotel:)

We had a wonderful 3-night stay — and honestly, it wasn’t enough. The house is very spacious, perfect for our big family. Every area was clean and tidy, and everything from the living hall and kitchen, to the bedrooms and toilets, was thoughtfully and generously provided. The host was very responsive, nice, and generous — providing hotel-like amenities such as toiletries and even snacks that we could buy and enjoy without stepping out.

The play area was a bonus for the kids, and everything from the shampoo to the body wash smelled amazing.

Can’t wait to come back for our next family gathering. Because this homestay truly felt like home.♥️

I booked DutaVilla 32 for my family who came from Bintangor for my son's wedding during the weekend of National day.

We requested for early check-in since the flight arrived around 11 am and the DV 32 rep readily accepted our request. One plus point there.

The location was close to surau Al-Manar so we had no issue to perform Friday prayer on the day of arrival. Another plus point.

The unit was spanking clean and very well prepared for us to check-in. The door lock used security code for locking which is another plus point. Since the group is big so no worries of one group keeping the key as they can unlock the door using the code only. Another plus point.

All the necessary items such as towels and toiletries were provided and the host even provided some free food for us to enjoy. More plus point.

We liked the idea of the self service shop in the unit where we can just pay using the provided QR code. Plus point again.

We highly recommend the unit for everyone looking for homestay within Putrajaya. The house can accommodate quite high number of people, and our group consisted of 15 pax but I think the house can accommodate more.

The location is very good as it is just a short drive to both Alamanda and IOI mall.

Great place to stay! The house was clean, and the host was friendly and helpful. We loved the comfortable mattress and appreciated the toiletries and hairdryer. The kitchen had everything we needed, including basics like salt, oil, and seasonings. Perfect for a family vacation with my kids or school holiday! We’ll definitely be back when we’re in Putrajaya!

Just had a family gathering in this homestay and i must say it beats staying in a hotel anytime. the house was spotless, fully equipped with everything you need (steam iron, microwave, washer/dryer, water dispenser, cutleries/diningwares, rice cooker, coffee maker, u name it..) & most importantly, it feels so warm & cozy like home. you can see that the host was really thoughtful & furnished everything to make his guests feel welcomed. each room has an attached bathroom so it's convenient for privacy in large families. we look forward to staying here again. Thank you for the hospitality. We really had a great time here!

A special thanks to Mr Hanif for hosting a great staycation. Our family had such a great time. Everything went smoothly. The place was prepared in a good shape. Easy parking, spacious hall, large bathrooms for each rooms. Two master bedrooms with bathtub were really awesome.

The facilities provided were very clean, spotless. High end kitchen utensils provided were super useful. The hotel-like bedding setting were to-die-for. Not forget to mention the house was perfect for kids! We like to rate 5 star for the quiet and privacy place. Would recommend to any other guest to their property any time. Thank you so much.
