The accommodation is basic but comfortable. The host was so nice and gave us plenty of recommendations. He made sure there was cold water and fruits in the fridge for us. The location is fantastic, we walked everywhere.

Mr. Kee is a very friendly and understanding host. Our bus got late from Singapore and we arrived at 3 am, but he was there to check us in and show the place with a smile (he lives nearby). We had a long and interesting chat next day, and we found that he is also a knowledgeable and smart person.
The place was clean and had everything we expected. The location is just perfect, only 10 minutes walk to the Jonker street and other attractions in the historical area. There is a nice little patio as well. I will recommend this place and would be happy to stay there again in the future.

I stayed here with my daughters and their friend. We booked 2 rooms, a single one for me and a twin with an extra mattress for the teens. We shared a toilet. Everything was very clean, tidy and gave a sense of a "home away from home" feeling. Mr Kee was very helpful and accommodating. The location is fantastic because it was a less than 10-minute walk to Jonkers Street and the neighbourhood is a safe one so the girls could walk around on their own, without me needing to chaperone them. It's definitely well-worth what I paid for and we will definitely come back to stay!

A cozy and pleasurable short stay. It's unbelievable price for a single room with aircon. Environment is clean and comfortable, the host even prepared teabag, coffee and some fruits inside the refrigerator for travellers. You can ride the bike provided too, beachview is available within 10mins walk and Jonker street is just at the opposite direction.

We lived two times here and with pleasure we will return here again. We really liked this place. Calm and central location, walking distance to all the attractions. Just 7 minutes by walk to the night market. Very clean and comfortable rooms with AC. Free bicycles available. Mr. and Mrs. Kee is a amazing people, they are friendly, helpful and very kind. They gives you the best tips where to go and what to do! If you want to know the true Malacca, stay at D'Laksamana!||Thank You Mr. and Mrs. Kee for everything that you do for us! We really liked this place. Very central -walking distance to all the attractions - but still quite location. Clean, comfortable rooms in a reasonable price. These are the most important things that we look for when choosing the place and these are things we found in D'Laksamana. However, the true reason of 5 star ranking is the hospitality of the owner. Mr Kee made our stay special. We learnt things about Malacca that only the locals know and we were recommended places to eat where the locals go! So.. If you only care about how fancy your room is, you might better go to a 5star hotel, but if you want to know the true Malacca, stay at D'Laksamana and you will :)|

Guest house 环境很好，很安静，房间和洗手间打扫的也很干净。性价比很高。当然最重要是老板Kee人非常的好，还开车载我们去马六甲到处逛逛，吃地道的美食喝超级好喝的奶茶，甚至载我们去车站买马六甲到槟城的车票。因为选择这家guest house 而使得整个行程更加完美，太棒了！
