as a student dealing with skin issues like redness, acne, and scars, ive tried countless skincare products, from drugstore to high-end brands, and nothing worked – in fact, it often made things worse. my skin was dull and didn’t reflect my age, which really affected my confidence.

it was my first time considering professional treatment, and honestly, i was hesitant. but i decided to give it a shot at Dermalene. during my consultation with Kak Fi, she really understood my skin concerns and recommended the perfect treatment plan. i ended up doing a series of sessions, including a hydrofacial, chemical peels, and PDRN. Kak Reen, my therapist, was incredibly attentive throughout the process.

even though i haven’t finished all my sessions yet, the results are already so promising! my skin feels smoother, the redness is calming down, and im starting to notice my scars fading. im excited to see how much better it’ll get with the remaining treatments.

on top of that, the service is top notch! the staff treats you so well, made sure i was taken care of every step of the way – they even treated me with snacks during my visits, which made the experience even more enjoyable. im so happy i decided to get my treatment done here. definitely no regrets, and im excited to continue seeing my skin improve!
