First came to Demi because a friend recommended it. Immediately loved the cosy space, comfy big chairs, and friendly vibes. Then, I had to arrange for am urgent meeting and decided to give it a try at Demi. So I requested to have a reservation for 10pax there… and they really delivered.

The team was super helpful with the last-minute arrangement. Big thanks to Barista Wan who was warm and welcoming as always, and Manager Rizal for making sure everything was smooth.

Food and drinks were just nice enough to keep us going through the discussion. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to. Sometimes, it’s not just the space, it’s the people. Demi has both.

The cafe is spacious...the interior decoration and furnitures are classy...one of the best i have seen in a coffee shop/cafe... giving the feel of a high end coffee shop...cool relaxing atmoshere..cafe is very clean and tidy including the handwash area and toilet..certainly a great place to relax unwind or socialise...they have a good selection of drinks,both hot and cold...also adequate selection of cakes pastries...noted colourful croissants...few staffs were present but they were friendly..however the service was slow...waited sometime for my drink and food..the coffee and chicken pie were just okay

Live nearby this cafe and will visit every week doing work and enjoying foods. Overall would recommend this cafe to everyone. Foods and coffee are delicious especially when you get to enjoy in a spacious area. Wifi is free, quite a number of electrical plug sockets are available, and most importantly, good customer service. You will be surprised by how well they greet you.

Definitely an alternative cafe if you used to go Starbucks

DeMi Coffee just popped up, and it's seriously a vibe! 😎 The place feels kinda exclusive, ya know? Like, perfect for a low-key meeting or brainstorming sesh with your team. Plus, they've got this private area that's clutch for keeping things hush-hush.

But the real star is the coffee. ☕️ No joke, it's legit international-level stuff. We're talking tastes like the big name coffee shops good! You HAVE to try it to believe it. Trust me, you'll be hooked!

Good service fast response from team. the vibe is very calm and good ambience environment. Suitable for meeting or discussions. i ask around and found it was local company. please do support local company. maybe can replace starbucks

What I love:
1. Excellent customer service — the staff were warm, attentive, and professional.
2. The matcha latte was rich and delicious
3. The ambience was cozy and perfect for relaxing or working.
4. Cleanliness was top-notch

🔧 What could be improved:
1. The amount of ice in the drink was a little too much — after just a few small sips, the cup was mostly ice. A more balanced ice-to-drink ratio would make the experience more enjoyable.

2. Although the toilet was clean, there was a persistent unpleasant smell — somewhat like cockroaches.

The place was really nice,calm and relaxing. The staff were very kind and friendly.

However the drink needs some improvement. I ordered the Strawberry Citrus Rush, and it was tooooooooo sweet. I couldn’t drink it at the cafe. I had to go home and add some water to make it less sweet. After that, actually the taste was really good! It would be perfect if it was not too sweet.
