A spacious gym with a variety of equipment. It's the only 24 hour gym in Samarahan so it suits the time for working adults

Visited for the first time. A somewhat nice gym. Easy parking. Easy to spot from the road side but location is quiet which is something I definitely love about this gym. Equipment wise are OK. Need some maintenance as some of the equipment seems to be faulty or not running smoothly. You will need to pay for the locker. Bathroom is a bit rundown.
First star for the excellent location. A second star for the variety of equipments available. A third star which is something that is quite useful yet seldom seen in gyms, the availability of tables and chairs for resting folks. But for rm 7 per entrance... Its considered quite ok. Would love to see more fans though since it's quite humid inside.

Friendly staff and friendly petrons too...

Equipments wise, some breakdown and I think the owner should repair it immediately for the convenient of all gym members.

Lightings should also made available at the ground floor are. As of now, it is dark and dangerous... Even for a very sado guy after gym as when someone grab you from behind with a knife, you're toast.

Other than that... No comment

Equipment is enuf if u r doing ur basic in strength. After dat, it's too light.
I'm saying doing deadlift at 200kg would not be ideal here.
If u have limited time n doing a quick full body workout. This place works.
Owners, plz upgrade. I redo my review if u do.

Space and equipment... A must things in my mind if i want to workout.. De Gym has it all! And it was perfect and above my expectation... Almost 5 years and going super strong working out there... Among my favourite place.. Friendly and super nice staff... Thank you so much.. Wish De Gym more great and superb achievement more years to come.. 💪💪💪💪💪
