It was ok, budget friendly, but the stuff was not cooperative at all. They left the room and washroom wet, didn't dry it. We checked in on time, but they were not giving us room even 1 minute early but gave us the room 10 15 minutes late just because of mismanagement.

Terrible Experience – Rude Owner & Poor Facilities

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel over the weekend. From the moment we arrived, things went wrong. The check-in was delayed with no proper explanation, making us wait unnecessarily.

The worst part was the owner’s behavior. Instead of handling issues professionally, they were extremely rude and even went as far as threatening us to leave and claim a refund if we weren’t happy. This is not how guests should be treated!

While the room was tidy, the toilet was broken, which made our stay even more frustrating. For the price charged, I expected at least basic facilities to be in working condition.

Overall, I DO NOT recommend this hotel. Poor service, an unprofessional owner, and bad maintenance there are definitely better places to stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights and got the room on the first floor. Immediately when I entered the room I knew I made a mistake. The room has a musty smell, the furniture is old and the paint is peeling off. The bed is u comfortable, you can tell the right is where all the guest tend to sleep on as the mattress is sinking and I could feel the springs! The bathroom is the worst. The toilet seat is dirty, no toilet paper, the water pressure is ok but the door doesn’t closed. There is no wardrobe in the room, only a table and a clothes hanger. My room is facing the mosque and the window is not sound proof so can hear the prayers at 5am! The foot mat and towel is not white and have stains. Even the bedsheets have stains. The TV is not working. There’s WiFi, Cuckoo water dispenser in the communal area. Everything else is just old and dilapidated. I wouldn’t stay here. The good thing is nearby there are some places to eat and supermarket. It’s not near the beach, it’s facing the main road.

We had an unpleasant experience at this hotel. We booked a 2-night stay, and upon arrival, the receptionist assigned us a room on Level 1. However, we soon discovered that the door lock was faulty and could not be secured. We requested a room change, which the receptionist approved, and we were moved to a room on Level 2.The first night was fine, but on the second night, the air conditioning stopped working, leaving us in an uncomfortably hot room. When I informed the receptionist, she stated that all rooms were fully booked, despite a higher-priced room still being available. At 4 a.m., I could no longer endure the heat and insisted on a solution. Eventually, at 6 a.m., we were moved to the higher-priced room on Level 1.

Cheap accomdartion 5 minute walk once you get off the boat. They are a bit stingy with the toilet roll only giving you one at a time and they give you a look when you ask for more..... it is nearby a mosque so get your ear defenders it gets VERY loud multiple times. A day
