Just stay there 1 night. Harga tersangat murah utk bilik yg luas & besar. Sesuai utk saya 4 beranak. 1 kid, 1 infant. Katil king & sofa boleh jadikan sofa bed. Kalau anak ramai bawa la toto. Pool & playground pun best. Service pn mantop. Cuma kwsn mcm scary sikit kalau pergi mlm² especially yg ada baby. Disarankan pergi waktu siang. Mlm x sunyi sebab ramai juga time saya chek in wlpn weekdays. Sebelum pergi beli makanan siap² nak keluar agk jauh lbh kurang 20-30 minit utk ke kedai. Definitely will repeat again

Hampeh.. dibagi Tau check in jam 3ptg.. dh dpt kunci bilik.. bila masuk bilik ternyata bilik belum kemas Dan dibersihkan.. terpaksa buat aduan baru house keeping dtg bersihkan bilik.. jam 4 lebih baru masuk bilik.. ini nk kira mcm MN.. Sy ada bukti gambar Dan video.

Kolam besar, kolam kanak2 meriah. Tapi tuala pool tak disediakan.

Service bilik sangat teruk. Stay Isnin hingga Jumaat, cuma diberi 4 helai tuala. 5hari tanpa tukar, apa yang kalian jangkakan jika tidak meninggalkan kesan2 seperti telah diguna? Alas kaki kotor pun tolak deposit. Gilo. Habis kau bagi alas kaki untuk buat apa kalau bukan untuk lap kaki yang kotor? Bilik air sumbat banyak sampah ko tak bersihkan pulak. Tak memasal kita yang kena korek2 keluarkan sampah. Bila call mengelak nak jawab, siap perli2 lagi. Bila pergi office, tak ada pula. Memang teruk gila service.

Bg saya semua dah okay cuma sgt susah nk cari reception office,tiada sebarang sign board,perlu mncari2 dan bertanya org sekeliling.

The price is affordable and the service was great. Just that they don't have a smart TV and u can't use all the facilities except the pool and playground. U can use the beach at double tree hotel. Buggy will be charged rm 2 per head or u can drive there yourself. U can cook yourself. There is induction cooker and small medium size fridge

Gems out of town. Enjoy the natural. This is not doubletree by hilton. It's another management. You have to drive 1.6km n walk 500m to reach the beach.
But it have private pool just nearby. Rooms is big. Price is good. Very recommended for small family.

It's terrible. I went there with a relaxed and happy mood, but I didn't expect that they assigned me to such a terrible room, and it was the dark bottom floor. They gave me a door card and a key, but the door didn't need a door card at all. It could be opened directly with the key, which made me feel very unsafe. When the door was opened, the smell of the room was very smelly, and the ground was also very dirty. At that time, I asked to change the room, but I was told that there was no room to change. At that time, I also asked the staff if they knew that the environment of the room was terrible, and the staff replied that they knew.
