Maaf cakap,harga buffet dinner sangat tidak berbaloi dgn makanan.. pilihan makanan pun sangat sedikit. Rasa pun sgt2 biasa. mohon pihak pengurusan crown plaza perbaiki dengan secepat mgkin supaya business anda boleh kekal relevant smpai bila2..kalau rasa dan pilihan makanan masih sama mcm ni,susah anda utk growth your business.

Hotel yang bersih, selesa, elegan & staff yang mesra . Berbaloi untuk menginap bermalam . View laut yang cantik bila waktu pagi , lobby hotel yang wangi . Memang terbaik . Thank to staff nama puan/cik Amira Rosli bagi mencadangkan bilik yang baik terbaik . Kalau taktahu sesuai bilik mana carilah puan/cik Amira Rosli. Recommend HOTEL!!👍👍👍

Pertama kali datang check in untuk event GE, hotel baru jadi bersih dan 👍 sgt, Tapi pemandangan luar agak seram sebab sunyi sikit😂

Bilik : cantik dan selesa, cuma iron tk ada dlm bilik/level😌
Makanan: semua sedap dan banyak pilihan
Service : service semua okay just turn nak tunggu iron lama sgt, staff kata iron tk cukup dan kena tunggu turn. 1 jam 30 minit tunggu nak dapatkan iron lastly tk iron baju tudung. Pakai je la tanpa gosok🥹

Cadangan: Maybe hotel boleh improve dengan sediakan at least 1 level ada 1-2 iron khas atau setiap bilik ada iron & iron board. ❤️

Crowne Hotel Butterworth Penang. What a wonderful experience. Checkin 3/7/2025 Checkout 6/7/2025. 4 rooms. Room numbers : 2015,2016,2017 & 2018

From the moment we arrived, Ms. Charlotte made sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. Check-in was smooth, and she ensured our requests were attended to without any fuss. We booked four rooms for our family and were given the best rates, which we truly appreciated, along with a late checkout that allowed us to leave at a comfortable pace.

The reception lobby on the 8th floor is spacious and bright, with a coffee house attached that offers a wonderful view of the surroundings. It’s a lovely spot to relax and chill while waiting for check-in or winding down in the evening. At the entrance on the first level, we were pleasantly surprised to find a Zus Coffee, which was a nice touch for a quick coffee grab before heading out.

The infinity pool is one of the highlights of this hotel. The view from the pool is stunning, especially during sunset, and it became a favourite spot for our family to relax and unwind. The pool area was well maintained, with clean towels readily available and attentive staff around if we needed anything.

Housekeeping deserves special mention. Each time we requested to have our rooms made up, we were pleasantly surprised to find towel swans waiting for us, which added a thoughtful touch that made us smile. Mr. Saidur and Mr. Badol took the time to ensure our rooms were spotless, our water bottles and toiletries were replenished, and they even checked if we needed extra amenities. It is rare to see such consistent care and attention in housekeeping, and it made our stay even more comfortable.

The coffeehouse team also left a positive impression. Mr. Syed Aqil was very attentive, ensuring our drinks and meals were served promptly and checking in to see if we needed anything else. The service felt warm and genuine, and we appreciated how he made sure our family, including the elderly and children, were comfortable during our meals.

If there is one area that could use improvement, it would be the taste and variety of the food. While the presentation was good and the portions were generous, we felt that the flavours could be enhanced to match the overall high standards of the hotel. We hope the management will consider reviewing the kitchen’s offerings, as this would truly complete the guest experience.

Overall, we could not have asked for more. From the warm hospitality and comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and attentive staff, our stay was memorable. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Penang and will happily recommend Crowne Hotel Butterworth to family and friends.

Stayed over the weekend, new hotel so its clean as expected, nice sea view but if only the room windows were bigger! Breakfast buffet was satisfactory, but no seafood. Loved the gym and swimming pool deck, nice view.

A bit Unsatisfied due to:
1. I put a remark during hotel booking that my friend is celebrating her birthday during our stay at the hotel but nothing was prepared for her. Not even a greeting note 🙁
2. long waiting time to and from the car park coz it only has 1 lift and many ballroom public guests!
3. Fridge was not cold enough to freeze ice cream.
4. One of the towels was smelly. Musky n clearly wasn’t thoroughly washed.
