Fantastic neighborhood gem located on the 2nd floor of a shop lot in SS15 with convenient roadside parking. It opens late, making it perfect for supper. Their famous mashed potatoes, chicken chops, and sausages are true comfort food. I love the variety of free-flow drinks available. The peaceful and relaxing environment is complemented by very friendly staff.

Special thanks to the owner for the great recommendations and free snacks. Highly recommended and will definitely come back again!

Cincai is a cafe that represents its identity.

Straight to the point the environment is mixed mashed together but in a good way, it invites potential customers to come and have a bite with its tropical and wood decor.

The cafe also provides student discounts so students studying near SS15 can enjoy a RM 2 ringgit discount. But adding an extra RM1 gets you free unlimited drinks too.

We were recommended to try their buttermilk chicken and burger, safe to say that it was average. The sauce was so-so and abit too thick for my liking.

They have two pet parrots so animal lovers can enjoy their stay playing.

I've been to this restaurant around 5 times already.
I love the atmosphere, can't quite point my finger at how it is exactly but in the words of my generation accent; it's giving Gen Z vibes.

The food's worth the price, refillable drinks and there's tons of board games you can play with your friends.

Also the food has funny names which adds to the charm.

been wanting to try Cincai🌴 for so long, and finally got to try it for my supper lastnight! invited my foodies friends to here and they loved it too!
I’d say all menu i ordered is amazing here, simple yet appetizing! fast serve all food come together within 5-7mins, very satisfied with the service and I love the spaghetti with Rozay sauce , it’s 💯!

year 2025 (spaghetti in paper bowl n fried chicken):
the spaghetti not as nice as 2 years ago, no more putting cheese on top, not so cheesy anymore. and the texture of the spaghetti is not good as well.

year 2023 (spaghetti with meatball):
Even though the overall appearance of the menu and food may not seem appealing, their cheese pasta with white sauce is surprisingly delicious
