During our visit to Penang, we treated ourselves to a luxurious spa day and opted for the Rejuvenating Aromatherapy, Recover Touch Facial Massage & Healing Hot & Cold Stone, and Hot Oil Hair & Scalp Treatment. It was truly an unforgettable experience.

Our therapists, Rose and Jennifer, were absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, they were professional, attentive, and thorough, ensuring every detail was perfect. They took the time to listen to our needs, noting any areas to avoid and the specific areas where we wanted extra focus.

The massages were incredible—completely unhurried and deeply relaxing. Both Rose and Jennifer showed exceptional skill, carefully targeting areas of tension and distress. The combination of hot and cold stones, the soothing aromatherapy, and the meticulous scalp treatment left us feeling rejuvenated and completely relieved of stress.

The after-effects of the treatments were just as wonderful—our minds and bodies felt lighter, calmer, and more refreshed than ever. It was evident that Rose and Jennifer take immense pride in their work, making this experience truly special.

If we ever visit Penang again, this spa will be at the top of our list. Highly recommended for anyone seeking ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation!

Chi the Spaはシャングリラグループの有名なスパです。アジアのスパは日本よりも安いし、トレーニングを受けたスタッフが施術をするので満足度も高いと思います。
私が受けたスウェディッシュマッサージも1時間で日本の40%オフ位でした。
全て離れた棟のプライベートルームでの施術は最高です。
結構予約が取れにくいので事前に予約をオススメします。

Just did an hr spa session here, and the experience was very relaxing and very good. Would recommend our therapists were Sarah and Jennifer. Environment at the spa was top notch as well. Highly recommend for people to add this to their to do list when staying at shangri la here.

By far, the best - woody rustic treatment room and outdoor bathtub surrounded by nature. Loved everything. Foot spa, milk and rose petal bath and aroma massage. Pricey, but worth every penny for this Cleopatra treatment. Customer service A1 standard as well. Can't be happier.

One of the best spa treatment that I have, I tried their deep tissue massage, the strength is just nice and they press the right points, remove all the tight muscle knots!

We will definitely be back again!

A luxury and the worthy one!
