If you love an amazing meal paired with some of the most unique wines, this is the place to go. The ricotta in the burnt cabbage is to die for, and I enjoyed the beef ragu pasta! The cabonara is not bad too, but the real show stopper is the brownie — you can’t give this a miss!

The wine selection is fantastic too. The lovely folks at Chaos select a few bottles each night to open to try, so you’re bound to find something good and different during each visit.

What makes this place worth a frequent splurge is the folks behind the restaurant. We had fantastic service all night, great wine recommendations and we loved learning more about the work behind the food. We loved learning that the pastas here are handmade(!!) and how much thought went into the different menu items.

Be it an anniversary, date night or a get together with friends, this is worth the stop. We will be back for sure!

Just phenomenal! While the focus is clearly on the wide variety of great natural wine, the food was just what stole the show. The pasta was prepares excellently and the taste profiles were just jaw-dropping! The starters and the brownie were phenomenal as well. On topf of that the owners / staff are all really into what they are doing and give great recommendations and take care of their guests. The ambiance is very unique with a dark setting and candlelight. Music and decoration is great as well. Will definitely return!

the food was absolutely impressive. The handmade pastas are so well done and varied, we loved the 3 that we ordered-the beef ragu, eggplant vermicelli and spinach ravioli. My friends and I also feel that the focaccia and brownies are possibly the best we’ve ever had. The focaccia texture is both fluffy and chewy and the brownies have a nice tinge of salt with & was well balanced with cream that wasn’t cloying at all. The atmosphere was perfect with the candles and great playlist. The staff were very nice too! Wow 10/10 experience

Recommended by a friend and absolutely no regrets. Most people come to JB for the zichar and local delights so I wouldn’t think there’s such a spot like this here that’s available.

I came around 7pm on a Saturday and was initially told there’s no availability but after sitting outside thinking about what to eat, we were then told we could have the window seats which was perfect. There were some items being sold out but all is well as the ones I was interested in were still available.

The wines were not the cheapest and quite comparable to sg prices so we skipped it. Food came out quite slowly but we were in no rush so that was fine. We ordered the burnt cabbage, ravioli, pappardelle and brownie. I would highly recommend the ravioli and add cheese, that was definitely a highlight. Burnt cabbage and brownie were ok and not a must order. Pappardelle was slightly spicy but very manageable, and you could really taste that the pasta was homemade here, very nice bite and cooked perfectly.

Vibes were super cosy and service was pretty good as well!

Dining out shouldn’t just be about eating and drinking, but rather a memorable experience that stays with you even after you leave. And this spot was right up our alley.

I always yearn for more of such spaces where you immediately get a warm homely personalised experience from start to finish. The vintage decor, ambient lighting, the unique well-designed menu (which I wished I could keep a copy of), the friendly owners/staff being highly passionate about what they do here, sharing with us their knowledge of the wines to food recommendations to their own back stories and other passions besides this space. I think when there is no barrier between service and customers, that’s when the best moments transpire.

My friend and I were in jb for just a day and I already had this space listed in our maps. We had their specials of pancetta vermicelli and the balsam pear(not sure if I got the right name) with ricotta, and from their regular menu, the spinach ravioli, burnt cabbage and brownie to cap off. Everything was tasty and not too heavy. We got the flight of wine too which accompanied us as we got some work done there. Might have overstayed our welcome for a total of about 4 hours but that was because we didn’t wanna leave; it honestly felt like home. Might have taken wayyyy too many photos of every moment that spoke to me. Even their toilet is a work of art. Truly a rare underrated gem and a treasure trove, will be back.

The handmade pasta is incredibly tasty, and it pairs perfectly with their natural wine selection! The atmosphere has amazing vibes—chill and inviting. Definitely a spot worth visiting for a great meal and a relaxed experience!
