This is one of the most spacious CelFit branches in Malaysia (not as cramp as for example the Nu Sentral branch). Wanted to give it a higher rating but unfortunately there is a few things I observed when I went there to workout: (1) unless you know where it is located inside Subang Parade, you may have difficulty finding it. Although it says Level 1, you actually need to go to Level G and take a special escalator. (clue - find Al-Ikhsan sports store) (2) I saw a lady took her young daughter (maybe 3-5 years old) inside the weight areas with full knowledge of the staff. I had to make sure I don't bump into the kid when replacing the dumbbells. Should there be any untoward incident to the kid, I don't think the lady would absolve CelFit of any liabilities as the staff allow the kid to go into the weights area rather than confine to the lobby waiting area. (3) Many equipment are under maintenance and quite a number of machines and equipment are rusty.

This branch is comparable to the older branches. After years of coming here I have noticed a few things they should improve on:
1) Quality of equipments. Most if not all of them are rusty due to wear and tear. A couple of bicycles in the cycling studio never got replaced.
2) Some members use the hairdryers for so many other things (like drying their shoes,clothes and even underwear!). The management knows abt it and does NOTHING (like at least put up a pictorial notice like at the Wangsa Walk Branch).
3) Poor customer service. I have written to them and after at least 3 times writing i receive ZERO RESPONSE from them. It shows how little they care abt members actually.

Please fix the mens washroom....the lightbulbs were not working well... the bidet was leaking badly and there was no toilet paper.. the toilet seat was so dirty too. Besides that, out of the 3 coway machine only 1 worked and even that the cold water was not working.... equipments were old and rusty. I am so sad that yall closed CF in AEON Shah Alam which was so clean and well maintained 😢😢😢😢😢

A hostile environment at the reception and just generally horrid customer service! Why would you expect one to join when none of the staff members and trainers are approachable? One staff member tried to hustle me into joining immediately saying that if you come 3 days later the registration fees will increase. Extremely unprofessional!

The unfriendly environment you have at this place just lost you a large number of expatriate customers like myself in the Subang area. And I'll ensure I discourage my friends to visit your place too.

Called to find out more about the gym and was served by sales staff named Irf. He told me I could get a 14 days trial and he will let his colleagues know that I will be there for trial on the 30/4/19 as I'm going there early. When I was there at 6:40am, there was a female staff at the counter that I talked to as no other staff was present. I told her that Irf told me that I could use the facilities for a trial period of 14 days but then she told me that was an old offer and now they have a new one. To cut the story short, she tried to take away a sale from her colleague and also try to upsell me which is fine but trying so many different ways to do it (I felt I was being conned) and wasting my precious time which I have allocated to spent at the gym. I woke up so early in the morning to 'workout' but ended leaving the place in disgust. Celebrity fitness should buck up as I was a member before but with so many other gyms around, why should I join them when their customer service is not up to par and sales staffs are like they are working without pay and need the commission to get by.

Charged customers without consent, months after we cut ties with them. As a victim of getting unjustly charged 2 months in a row during such economic decline has been beyond inconvenient.
The first time around celebrity fitness did notify with texts that they did charge wrongly. However the second time around no such action was taken and many attempts to resolve the issue via email and so on have all fell on deaf ears.
Businesses do not have the right to tap into their customer base and abuse their authority to meet their quotas for the month. Unprofessional and unethical in their operations and customer relations.
