Checked in was a breeze and greeted by friendly staff. The lobby is clean and comfortable. The parking is just in front of my mountain view double story unit, very convenient to unload and load baggage. Our room is clean and comfortable with living room, kitchen and toilet located at the ground floor. On the upper floor is our twin queen size bed x2 that fits 4 adults comfortable. Waking up in the morning with mountain view windows scenery and comes with a verandah. Down the hill there's restaurants, amenities and night market on Fri night. Checking out was smooth and fast. And going to Tanah Rata for lunch is just 10 mins away.

We stayed for 3 night and the room was very quaint with a lovely view. The staff were extremely accommodative with regards to our requests!

One feedback I would provide would be to add another chair in the room as there was only one for the 2 of us.

Also, to perhaps have a reminder to all guests to be mindful of volume as we could clearly hear our neighboring guest watching YouTube/Instagram videos in the middle of the night when were trying to sleep.

Other than that it was quite a pleasant stay and we enjoyed it very much! ☺️

The view is amazing. So cold at night. Food was okay. The service is great. Very kind and helpful. But the room was not sound proof u can literally hear ppl talking. But not so bad afterall. Will be repeat soon 🩵

1. Wifi完全不能用！因為手機信號和data不強，所以要使用他們的WiFi，可是完全不能用！ 投訴很多次，他們都推脫是unifi的問題！其中一位印度女員工態度不好！而且還說是住客自己手機有問題, 所以連接不到！ 他們所謂的Technician是外勞，來房間弄了WiFi很多次也沒弄好！還說沒辦法！ 連管理層完全都沒有要處理的意思！從一進房間投訴到退房, 情況一直都一樣！
2. 廁所有很重的尿味，即使是洗澡後 那個味道也還在！很臭！
3. 雖然說早餐是送到房間外, 可是餐具需要住客使用自己房間內的， 自己清洗餐具 杯子！ 飲料需要自己煮熱水 自己沖泡！ 提供的飲料都是便捷式的咖啡或茶！ 如果住2天以上 餐具還要洗乾淨 因為第二天還要用.... 如果吃湯類的食物， 一樣需要自己清洗房裡的碗 再把湯和麵混合. 早餐送到都是冷的 需要加熱還要再另外告知

真心覺得付那樣的價格完全不值得！ 價格與服務根本不成對等！

The WiFi was completely unusable! Because the mobile signal and data were weak, we had to rely on their WiFi, but it didn’t work at all! I complained many times, and they kept passing the blame onto Unifi! One of the Indian female employees had a poor attitude! She also said that it was the guest’s phone having issues, that’s why it couldn’t connect! The so‑called “Technician” they sent was a foreign worker who came to the room many times and still couldn’t fix the WiFi! He said he couldn’t do anything about it! The management likewise showed no intention of dealing with this! From the moment we checked in until checkout, the situation remained the same!

The bathroom had a very strong urine smell, which remained even after showering! It was really bad!

Although they said breakfast would be delivered outside the room, the cutlery had to be used by the guest from inside the room — we had to wash the dishes and cups ourselves! Drinks needed to be made by ourselves with hot water! The drinks they provided were only instant‑type coffee or tea （sachet) ! If staying more than 2 days, we had to clean the cutlery ourselves because it would be used again the next day… If the breakfast included soup, we still had to wash the bowl in the room, and then mix the soup and noodles ourselves. The breakfast delivered was cold and required heating, and we had to notify them separately for that.

Honestly, I feel the price paid was completely not worth it! The price and the service were nowhere near matched!

It's a nice place to stay. We stay at the family pod for four adults.

It's compact with a small kitchen built in next to the living room. Only one toilet with shower but it is kept very clean. A little inconvenient for you sleeping upstairs to come down middle of night to settle some business. Walls are thin, you can hear the neighbors making noises and ruckus. Though in the night is more quiet.

Would recommend to stay, but not recommended during school public holidays as it gets noisy.

Absolutely loved my stay here! 🙂

The resort is located on higher ground and away from the hustle and bustle, which was perfect for my husband and me as we were looking for a peaceful getaway.

We went on a Monday, so parking was not an issue.
The rooms were cozy and clean — just perfect for the two of us to unwind and rest. Not to mention, the overall vibe of the resort was wonderfully quiet and "zen," yet the town and tourist attractions were still easily accessible by car.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable and quiet escape!

Resort was an amazing stay! Loved the unique and modern pod-style design — super cozy and clean. The view was stunning and the location in Tanah Rata is perfect, just minutes from the town. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Would love to come back again! 5/5 🌟

I stayed at the resort for one day and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, well-maintained, and quite comfortable. The interior was nicely designed, offering a relaxing atmosphere — perfect for a short getaway. The atmosphere totally best and extreme cold . I just love it overall.
