It's was my fav pls for few Mnth back eventhough I was served with undercooked pork. I still come because of 1 of the best Coffee C peng. But today is the worse. 1.Ribena+sprite serve without ice, we need to request for the ice. 2.The mushroom soup was burned! , bitter and burned smell. Asking to be replace, but the 2nd soup also the same and the staff blame it on the packing. I cancelled the other but another staff offer the 3rd soup cost the bill cannot be cancelled, I said ok and take the 3rd soup.. SUPER SALTY! as if they pour all the salt stoke from the shop.
3.The pork chop was terrible.Over cook, dry. Wet mayo served on cucumber slice. and the black paper source was dried like a jelly.
4.I ordered Kopi C peng-I got kopi c panas. another order was Lemon peng-we got lemon panas.
A very sad experience. 😢

We waited 45 minutes and still didn’t get our food. People who came later than us already got theirs. When we went to ask, the staff had no answer – everyone just stared at each other cluelessly. Even the cashier just kept shaking her head without saying anything, no explanation at all. Very disappointing experience

pork chop was over cooked, dry and burnt ..the blackpepper sauce not spicy at all .French fries overcooked ..ordered fried wantan ..but we didn't get the order .

Food quality is bad.
Waited 35 minutes for (homemade) pork burger.
And when it comes, the meat is not cooked at all. Staffs were unapologetic and does not seem to care at all.
New burger came after 10 minutes. Tastes very bland. With watery mayonnaise, cucumber and ?lettuce. There was no onion.
Fries with no chilli/tomato sauce.

Service is very very poor.

Atmosphere is quite nice actually. Indoor is air-conditioned, outdoor for smoking. However, it all falls apart with bad service from staff.
