My first time at Borneo Mediaspa JB! I opted for the BB Glow facial (Malaysia Day promo) while my husband took the express whitening + BB glow facial! The place is clean and comfortable with friendly staff. I really appreciate that the staff were not pushy at all with their packages and were happy to answer any questions we had after the treatment.

Furthermore, Borneo Medispa was prompt in replying to my whatsapp messages prior appointment booking, answering all my queries.

We had a good experience here and would definitely consider returning in the future for facials. Would definitely recommend!

I am truly such a fan of their facial!! I’ve been having adult hormonal acne for awhile, and after my first session, my break outs have 95% stopped! i only get pimples once in a while, and can focus my efforts now on healing and lightening my scars. Would highly recommend! 🩵

Beautician was professional. Clearly explain every step of the procedure.... I highly recommend the spa, they don't push their products to you nor their packages. They suggested and the rest is up to you. The ambience is calming... Soothing... Can't wait for my next facial day. ♥️♥️♥️ After service was amazing as well, they update you on the dos and don't... If you can't remember you can request them to drop you a message they will get back to you within 15mins. For all mothers out there! Pampered yourself here. ☺️☺️☺️

I’m really used to coming here, and the therapists have always been nice. Initially, I signed up for 6 sessions of underarm whitening, then I decided to try a facial. The other day, I had my second facial session. So far, all my facial experiences have been fine, which is why I was considering signing up for a package. But you were incredibly rude. I asked a simple question. For my second facial, I added a few treatments. You have a promotion this month, so I asked, ‘How much would the package be with the facial I just did?’ Do you understand my question? You sent the package prices for 4 sessions and 8 sessions WITHOUT the add-ons, but I had treatments with add-ons, which is why I was asking. And then you replied like that? So unprofessional and rude!

When a customer asks about prices, you should mention both 4-session and 8-session options upfront without making them ask repeatedly. I had to ask the same question 3 times before you finally answered, even though it was such a simple question. You didn’t even say sorry. When I asked for your name, you were afraid to answer. Then, when I said, ‘You didn’t even apologize,’ only then did you finally say sorry. The service was terrible. You keep spamming your promotions, but the service itself is poor.

And on top of that, you’re using emojis in a professional setting? Do you think you’re texting your friends or something? And you only used that emoji because you felt offended. Seriously? I asked a simple question that you didn’t understand, and you get mad at me? What kind of nonsense is that? If you’re going to get upset every time a customer asks a question, maybe you shouldn’t be working in customer service!

And you know what? You didn’t even bother to correct your mistake. You just wrote a long paragraph saying sorry, but even that came after I had to say, ‘You didn’t even apologize to me.’ lol

It’s not that I can’t calculate the add-ons myself, but you were the one following up with me after my facial, hoping I’d sign up for the package because you wanted the sale. But you expect the customer to figure everything out on their own? If you don’t understand Malay, I could have spoken in English.

I don’t understand why it was so hard to answer my question without being rude. I was ready to sign up for your package because I liked the facial, but after all this, I was like, ‘Forget it.’ It felt like you were treating me like an enemy with the way you responded. Hahahaha. Good job, you just lost the sale you were so eager to get.

So, you expect the customer to calculate everything themselves and just pay? What’s your role as customer service then? Is it really that easy for you to do your job? If that’s the case, what’s the point of even having customer service? You might as well just let customers figure it all out on their own. Bullshit
