A cozy new cafe nestled within Parkland, this spot serves up delightful coffee that’s worth a visit. However, their food offerings—ranging from pizzas and mushroom soup to fries, mentaiko salmon rice, and waffles—leave room for improvement. The menu lacks a clear identity, making it challenging for customers to connect with the cafe’s culinary concept.

While a fusion theme offers chefs greater flexibility in crafting the menu, it often fails to resonate with customers in the long run. It’s better to excel at serving a single fantastic dish than to offer a variety of mediocre ones.

To elevate the dining experience, the cafe could benefit from adopting a specific theme and refining its menu accordingly. For example, an Italian focus could be a natural fit given the inclusion of pizzas. Expanding the selection to include pasta dishes and perfecting existing offerings could establish a cohesive and memorable food identity, ensuring the cafe stands out in the competitive dining scene.

A fairly new cafe with aesthetically pleasing design and cozy environment.
Menu was limited to a few options for food and drinks. However, food tasted great - the subtle and clear green tea soup enhances the flavour of grilled salmon, eaten together with rice making it a perfect combination. As for the burger, the crab roe was the highlight as the flavour burst inside my mouth with each bite, the fries were perfectly fried as well. Drinks were good too - the seasonal Strawberry Matcha had an ideal ratio of matcha, milk and strawberry where none of them were too overpowering.

This cafe has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent, especially the Japanese curry chicken rice and salmon rice. The drinks were also delightful. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing time at Blooms & C Cafe！The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with soft lighting and plenty of seating for solo coffee lovers or small groups. The staff were friendly and gave great recommendations - they really know their coffee! I tried their Tiramisu Coffee and it was perfect - rich, creamy, and smooth. The Salmon Ochazuke were also delicious. They have many unique special drinks. I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates great coffee and a relaxing atmosphere!

Gem cafe found in Kluang which was a surprise visit that exceeded our expectations in every aspect.

1) Ambience of restaurant was cozy with a touch of European design and nicely done up with lots of photo spots for gathering with friends and families. Nicely ventilated and air conditioned which made the experience a very pleasant one.

2) Drinks menu had a great offering and served barista quality coffee. Our favourite drink was the cafe’s signature Bloom coffee. Cream topping at the top was great before savouring the coffee beans at the bottom. Must try!

3) Food quality was great and enjoyed all the food we ordered. Pizza had a fantastic serving of cheese and portobello mushrooms, 日式茶泡饭 was a delight and surprisingly delicious with fresh salmon. Japanese katsu curry was awesome. Chicken cutlet was crispy and delicious and Japanese curry was done well with a nicely done egg topping on the rice.

Overall super satisfying meal with a very comfortable experience. Service of staff was polite and prompt and everything from walking in to out was great.

One of the best cafes we tried in Kluang! Definitely worth a visit!

There are not a lot of choices in their food menu but their drinks menu has more varieties and is fancier. Food taste wise, it is delicious. As for the drinks, they are hit and miss. Why it is 3 stars? 2 stars gone for their ridiculous pricetag for a place like Kluang. They can get people not staying in Kluang to pay for the price but definitely not people who are staying in Kluang. The question is repeat customers only happen to people who are staying in Kluang. The issue is Kluang itself doesn't generate a lot of new visitors everyday especially at a not a tourist spot location.

The decoration very beautiful and comfortable. There are many parking lot outside and it’s also nice to take photos here!
