I recently visited this bar and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Sasha. Not only was she friendly and welcoming, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was enjoyable. Sasha’s attention to detail and genuine care for customers truly made my visit memorable. I highly recommend this bar, especially if you’re lucky enough to be served by Sasha!

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

I was a victim of a bar scam there and this is the summary of how my experience was with this place.

I met up with a lady from China online and she brought me to this place where she wanted drinks. After being sat down she called this young Chinese boy waiter immediately and asked for recommendations. The waiter pull up the menu to the last page which are wine of a minimum of RM 58 per glass up to RM 800+ per glass. The catch was they only serve them in 6 glasses per order and you can't order just one.

She then orders 6 glasses of this expensive wine and immediately when the wine came the waiter was standing beside me so creepily expecting something from me. It was only after a brief moment he handed me the bill and said that you need to make the payment immediately after the drinks arrived. At first I offered to pay by card but he said that their card machine broke and only accepts by direct transfer into their bank account. Mind you that the name of the bank account is not even the store's name.

After paying I asked the lady if she could split the bill but at first she lied and said that she had no signal to make payment and then lied again and said she had no salary this month to pay me back. Shortly after she just said she doesn't want to be there anymore and wanted to go home and just left.

After reflecting and reading similar online experiences I'm 100% CONVINCED that she had colluded with the place and deliberately PLANNED out the entire process to scam unsuspecting victims. Also when I went back home I only realized that the receipt was probably fake as well as there were no store information except for the wine item and cost on a really small piece of paper. I got so frustrated that night and tore the receipt paper but below was the proof that I got cheated on by overpriced wine and that was the account's receivers name.

I have seen other new reviews in Chinese here also that they have been cheated the same. Please I'm warning everyone TO PLEASEEEEEE NOT GO THERE 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

Enjoyed the food and friendliness of the Chef who was very accommodating. The pub/bistro re-opened about 5 days ago with a new owner, so some teething issues were obvious but excusable. Hopefully they'll improve in the coming weeks. Service a little slow, the staff doesn't focus on customers table especially to replenish the drinks or clear the empty plates. Kept telling them a few times. No initiative, probably needs training. Otherwise it's compensated by 2 friendly hosts, husband (Chef) and wife.

I had a great experience at The Bliss 27 thanks to the attentive service provided by their waiter, Suguna. She was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations for drinks. Suguna was friendly and made sure our glasses were never empty. Overall, her service enhanced our evening out, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone visiting the bar.

When they re-opened again with new management, the service, food and various types of bottles alcohol were available. But now the service is slow, unfriendly waiters. The bottled alcohol everything tarak! Only got 1 brand. The food quality and flavor is not how it was earlier. So, overall, I'm not coming back.

Fantastic service and friendly staff, expecially the Bar Manager Mr Kabilan The live band by Mr,Sharma,
And Ms Sri Lechumi was good singer's and awesome. The club also very clean nice.
