I wasn’t particularly impressed with the food – it was just so-so and didn’t quite meet my expectations. However, the ambience was nice and made the experience a bit better. I do think the food has potential and could be improved with a bit more attention to flavor and presentation.

There is limited parking as mentioned by others, and yes it is, either park a bit far or by the other roadside
The manager is very friendly and play with my pet, some more offered snacks for her ! This place is definitely pet friendly !
The food, ordered honey bbq cheese rice and it is nice, the rice is fried rice based, then fried oyster mushroom, the portion is big ! The skewer is the less satisfied food but oh well, the other 2 food is pretty nice
Day and night time have different menus, day time until3pm have more varieties and more affordable, night time have less choices
Overall good experience here ! Definitely will visit here with my pet again

Had a great time at Bill Bili Balakong Café! The restaurant has a unique jungle feel which creating a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and could communicate in Malay, English, and Cantonese, making it very welcoming. The aroma of the fried chicken was amazing and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. A perfect spot to enjoy good food and chit-chat with friends. Will definitely visit again!

Oh. My. God. SERIOUSLY, owner?!

I visited this evening, and out of nowhere, it started pouring. The dining area had NO side cover, so rain started sprinkling in—until we literally had to STOP EATING and huddle in a corner just to avoid getting soaked.

Fine, it’s a rainy day, whatever. But then the owner moves us to another section with a timber blind to block the rain. And guess what? Instead of serving us fresh food like any decent establishment would, THEY JUST MOVED OUR RAIN-SOAKED FOOD OVER AND CONTINUED SERVING IT. Are you kidding me?!

Oh, but it gets worse. The waitress—completely clueless—picked up our drinking cups and just dumped them on the new table, leaving us to figure out which cup belonged to who. Like, excuse me?! Who in their right mind would keep eating food that’s been rained on?! But apparently, this restaurant thinks that’s totally fine.

SERIOUSLY? HELLO?! SERIOUSLY?! This is beyond disgusting. Despite very expensive price and just taste averagely.

If you are reading this review, strongly recommend changing another restaurant for better experience.

I visited Bili Bili Garden Bar week to celebrate my mum's birthday, and overall, it was a great experience.
The food was delicious, and the ambiance was cozy and relaxing.
They even have a live band that performs on the weekends.
I also appreciated that they provided mosquito repellent for guests.
The service was good, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
However, there were some guests smoking inside the restaurant, which was a bit unpleasant, and unfortunately, the staff didn’t take any action to address it.
Hopefully, they can improve this aspect in the future.
Other than that, it was a lovely evening!"

The seafood curry noodles were delicious! The seafood was fresh, and the portion size was very reasonable. The curry broth was flavorful and satisfying. Definitely worth trying!
