I had a fantastic experience at Beylla
Medispa. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. The clinic is spotless and beautifully designed, creating a relaxing atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.

I went in for Facial Treatment, and the results exceeded my expectations. The therapist took the time to explain everything clearly and tailored the session to suit my skin type and needs. I could see visible improvement even after one session!

What really stood out was their genuine care and attention to detail. They weren’t pushy with products or treatments just honest recommendations and top-tier service. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending Beylla Medispa to all my friends.

Hair Sytlist - JESSICA. Thanks for RUINING my Hari Raya look - I traveled a long way from Brunei, excited for a fresh new look. Once i stepped into the salon, i was greeted with not so friendly looking receptionist. Abit lost what to do actually, i saw ppl open their shoes, so i open shoes. i saw ppl take slippers, i take a slipper. That’s just a small portion of the CX service i experienced.

But, I’m deeply disappointed with how my hair turned out. I consulted the stylist, showed a reference photo, and even asked for recommendations to complement my skin tone. However, the final result was far from what I expected. The color made my complexion look dull, and the haircut was uneven—one side longer than the other, with mismatched layers.

Everything felt rushed at the last minute as the salon about to close at 6.30pm, and to make matters worse, I was asked to pay RM503 (BND$155.80) upfront before the job was even completed. Given the poor outcome and unprofessional experience, I feel completely overcharged and misled. Mind you too, it was Ramadhan month and I was fasting. Atleast, i would appreciate if the CX would be mindful to serve me a glass of water when the Adhan was heard. I will not be returning, nor will I recommend this salon to my family and friends.
