I have only tried the drinks there twice and both of them tasted well, aligned with their slightly higher price compared to others. The atmosphere was chilling and the interior design definitely caught my eyes ---- there were different types of tea leaves and tea pots exhibited beside the wall.
Oh yah I almost forgot to mention, the mirror in the washroom was fun!! It can switch colours, and there was another button which I did not know what it is for. Apart from that, the seats there were ample for small gathering 😍✨. And the staff was friendly and helpful. However the drinks were served quite slowly.....

Waiting time is super long during each visit. Worst Experience. 2 out of 3 times of long waiting of at least 30 mins. 2 out of 3 times of receiving wrong orders.

1st visit - When ordering the drink, the staff said if we order fruit related drinks, we will need to wait for 30 mins for the drinks. To shorten the waiting time, he suggested going for milk tea instead which we did so. However, we also ended up waiting for 30 mins just for 3 cups of milk tea which was suppose to be faster.

2nd visit - wrong order. ordered brew tea and ended up recieving milk tea

3rd visit (pick up from grab) - Ordered the drink at 3.11pm. Suppose to pick up the drink at 3.32pm. However, the order only ready at 4pm. Wasted so much time just for 2 cups of drinks. And best part, wrong tea again! Top up extra money to get Oolong tea base for the tropical fruit tea, end up receiving the default jasmine tea!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop. I ordered just two cups of tea, and there were only two orders ahead of me (a total of six cups). Yet, it took an outrageous 30 minutes for my drinks to be prepared!

What’s even more baffling is that there were four staff members handling these orders. With such a small queue, I expected a much faster service. This raises serious questions about the staff's training and efficiency.

打包水5杯都要1小时多。钱收很快。没有告诉需要等那么很久。很多人都不拿水就走了

Waited for 30minutes for our drinks, but few orders behind us already prepared. When we asked about our order, they couldnt answer why but asked us to continue to wait. Extremely disappointed with this branch service, which i didnt encountered this in other branch
