Terrible experience. The owner will try to scam your deposit money of rm500.

Don't believe the pictures you see!!!

Swimming pool unswimmable (dirty and unsafe area to walk around).

There's a viewing deck with a trampoline that can make your children end up in the hospital fighting for their life because some of the areas on the trampoline is torn. Be extremely careful about this as its life threatening.

The beds have some stains, and you can see some of the bedframe being held together by just mere SELLOTAPE!!! my goodness me think about what could happen if your heavy grandma/uncle sits on the bed. It would break!!!

Owner is very fast when it comes to asking for money, but shies away when it's time for him to return the deposit. He will try to scam you, but you have to fight it out. Otherwise, say bye bye to your deposit of RM500.

We were hesitant to book this chalet because of the mostly negative Google reviews, but since it was a public holiday and we had no other option, we gave it a try.

Surprisingly, it was amazing nothing like the reviews! 😍

The place was spacious and comfortable, even for our 85- and 71-year-old grandmas who loved the sea breeze 🌊 The younger ones enjoyed the bicycles and pools 🚲 and the sunset was absolutely magical 🥹.

They also provide games like carrom and mahjong perfect for a family day 🕺🏻. Plus, hot showers, bbq grill , karaoke , water dispenser, air fryer, and Netflix! 🧚🏻‍♀️

it also have access to the beach 🏝️

A super enjoyable last-minute trip. Highly recommended! 💯

Please don’t book this place because it’s not safety place ,no parking place , parking in our own risk, the entrance door smaller then usual Toilet door. Exactly facing Chinese chemistry,pls don’t book this place waiste off money

Since the day of booking made more than 20 calls & emails and WhatsApp messages but the no one picks up calls or returned calls. I received 2 emails saying "will contact you tonight" & "will definitely call you today", but no calls! WhatsApp messages were marked read but no response. Can't get any information abt the property. If no one responded how am I supposed to have confidence that someone will be there on the day of booking. There is a booking policy that RM 500 will be collected upon check in.. If it's so stressful to even call than how to get back the deposit Worst ever experience with Agoda! Those who want to do booking with this company think twice. I have cancelled my booking even though I liked it so much!

HOST ARE SO LOUSY
NOT ANSWERING PHONE CALLS & WHATSAPP
EVEN AGODA CALL STILL NOT ANSWERING

1 day before check-in in the afternoon I call the host but not answering the calls. Then I text him asking for early check-in and check-in procedure. Then the host reply but leave me hanging afterward with no answer & no check-in instruction. Then I text back in the evening then the host said the details will be given tomorrow.

Tomorrow morning which is the check-in date I calls so many times and text the host continuously but got no reply at all. Then I call Agoda customer service for help. Agoda try to call the host but same still not answering the phone calls. Agoda even suggest me to cancel the booking order and they will fully refund with 10% extra as sorry. But I already plan with my family I told Agoda if I went there and I cannot check-in then I will ask for refund.

12.58 PM then the host text me asking for RM 500 for deposit. The check-in itself is not cheap then need more for deposit? Contacting the host is already stressful? But I still be patient and transfer the deposit then the host gave me the check-in details.

When I arrived at the location I tried the combination for the lockbox that the host gave me. The lock code is incorrect and I cannot open the lockbox. Luckily there someone in charge is there and ask his phone number. He gave me the keys. When I enter the chalet one of the aircon already malfunction cannot be on. So tried to call the person in charge and text him for the aircon. Same issue. This one better call but got voicemail and text got no replies. Then I text the host for the problem same issue and here we go again no pickup up phone calls and no replying text.

On the check-out date I text the host and ask when can I get my deposit back. Still got no replies. The I text him back on the afternoon "Around Evening" he said. On the evening 7.38 PM I text him back still not getting the deposit he said got technical issue. Fine I still be patient. 11.17 PM I text him still not getting the deposit and he did not reply. WHAT KIND OF TECHNICAL ISSUE TAKING 1 DAY TO RESOLVE. I ALREADY THOUGH THAT I GOT SCAM.

On the next day he texted me the deposit already came in and asking to gave a 2nd chance with a good review. REALLY HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE KINDA REGRET STAYING HERE.

So far i really had a great experience in this Villa..I was truly amazed how the beautiful is the villa it was very large and i have book 2 villa the small villa and big villa..Although its quite hard to get to the admin and the person in charge is busy but after managed to get to the pic Kumanan, he was very helpful..Once we arrive he opens aircond, smells very good and everything is so tidy. I am going to book next..everyone is so happy on that day..This homestay has everything! ktv system,pool,beach,bicycle,ps5,speaker,pool table and all working..Tq Stayco..gonna repeat again
