Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place

1.Misleading Advertisement: This place is advertised as a hotel, but it’s actually a shop lot that looks more like a foreign worker hostel.

2.No Front Desk: Despite claims on Agoda, there is no front desk service—it’s entirely self-service.

3.Risky Payment Process: They ask for a deposit to be transferred to a bank account that doesn’t match the name registered on Agoda, leaving you to take all the risks. Only after payment do you receive the door password for entry and your room. Finally they didn't refund deposit to me because of I tell trust in google review.I willing to lost deposit and hope don't have victim same as me.

4.Unreliable Air Conditioning: The air conditioning in the room is terrible. It takes over three hours to feel even remotely cool.

5.Inadequate Facilities: With 6 or 7 rooms, there are only two shared toilets for everyone—completely insufficient.

6.Questionable Agoda Listings: This experience shows that Agoda allows unqualified house or shop owners to register as hotels. Do not trust such listings blindly.

7.Terrible Shower: The water pressure in the shower is so weak that it takes an unreasonably long time to bathe. Honestly, even peeing is faster than taking a shower here.

Stay away from this place if you value comfort, reliability, and transparency

This so-called "hotel" is incredibly unsafe. Here’s my terrifying experience:

1. At 1 AM, someone started knocking on my door every 20 minutes. There was no receptionist or security guard present to handle the situation.
2. You’re forced to rely on a WhatsApp "receptionist", which is completely unhelpful in an emergency.
3. The room door has no peephole, so you can’t see who is outside. It could be a robber or someone suspicious next door—you’re left in constant fear.
4. I was lucky 2 guests returned to the "hotel" from outside. Without hesitation, I packed up and checked out at 3 AM. I willing sleep BrB rather than this suck " hotel"

This place is a nightmare and a serious safety hazard. Avoid this "hotel" at all costs for your own safety and peace of mind.

This is a very bad experience for me. The lock of the room got problem i tried so many times but it still not work. And the structure of the room is exactly not the same with the pic show on google or Agoda. The pic show that the room have window but actually the room is without window i feel like i sleeping in the jail that is so weird. The water heater of the bathroom is not working also. The google is showing this things but u giving another things that is deceive customers!
