very lovely experience! food's good and filling, and their king of avocbar with honey is really good. cafe's atmosphere is also good, avocado-themed and simplistic. there's also avocado plushies available for photo-taking. 🙂

The food and beverages were amazingly clean and healthy, I didnt feel bloated nor "food drunk" eating here. The prices are what you expect after savoring the food (its worth it even though its pricey)

However the service can be improved because my whole family had to wait an hour for it to arrive, BUTTT, they compensated us with desserts🥰💓

We visited the Saradise branch and ordered a chicken bowl and a salmon bowl. The cashier told us to wait 20 minutes as the brown rice wasn’t ready yet. We ended up waiting almost an hour, and when the food finally came, the brown rice and sauce were missing.

After asking a staff member, we were told the brown rice was still not available. Only after we complained did they eventually serve it together with the sauce. The staff all seemed to be in a bad mood, and the overall experience was quite disappointing. This isn’t our usual experience here, so hopefully they’ll improve their service and coordination in future.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this place. The lady at the counter was unfriendly from the start. I initially wanted to order the Bagel (Guacamole), but she charged me an extra RM2-3 without informing or asking me beforehand. When I questioned her about it, she responded with a sour expression, saying, “No plain bagel. Only left sesame bagel.”

Then I decided to change my order to the special chicken wholesale sandwich. As I sat and watched her prepare the food, what I saw was extremely concerning. She placed cling wrap directly into the toaster. The bread was toasted until it became excessively dark as you can see from the picture. What worried me even more is that over-toasted bread can produce acrylamide, a potentially harmful compound that forms when starchy foods are cooked at high temperatures for too long. Consuming acrylamide regularly may increase the risk of health issues, including cancer.

What truly alarmed me, though, was when she put the mashed potato still in its plastic container directly into the microwave. The container was labeled “PP5,” but it had no microwave-safe symbol. While PP5 is generally considered microwave-safe, containers without the proper symbol may not have been tested or certified for microwave use. This can pose health risks, and as a result, I couldn’t even take a bite. I ended up throwing the food away.

It’s disappointing to witness such careless food preparation. The food might look healthy on the surface, but the handling practices here make me question its safety. I urge management to take these concerns seriously. Customers come expecting a healthy meal, not something that could jeopardize their well-being over time.

Not bad! Dishes fresh and healthy but cakes some not so. The avocado we had not fresh and tasted like “vomiting” they replace chocolate keto for us.
