For a large apartment with 3 rooms that can occupy 3 small families, this place is really worth its price. Even the view is fantastic, and the pool was easily accessible. Everything was up to par. The amenities were what you’d expect for the price you pay. There was even a washer & dryer in the rooms. My only critic would be the breakfast meal. Not only were there such limited options, but there were no restocks! Breakfast for 6 adults didn’t seem like it was enough, especially for the main course. It was barely enough, and some of us didn’t even get the full meal. Called the hotel about it and they said it’s a supplier issue. I hope this kind of problem can be solved.

Overall my summary of staying here : (7.5/10) 1) The room is spacious, so comfortable, feel calm and relax. But, once you enter the room, the smell of the room is strange. I dont know whether they dont spray any fragrances, or either they used a cheap detergent to wash the mattress. 2) Location wise is really good. You can go to 7e, the hills shopping mall, top spot just by walking distance. 3) Parking area also quite easy to access.4) TV channel is so bad. The coverage needs to improve. Don’t feel surprised if the TV will switch of by itself. 5) With the price i paid, it can be improved but the spacious room makes me feel comfortable.

Strategic location, behind Sheraton Kuching. Near good tourist spots like Waterfront Kuching, TopSpot, Sarawak Plaza, etc! Rate is on the affordable side, but it could be quite confusing to get into the hotel.

We have to change lift from the reception area in order to get to our room which was quite troublesome. The corridor to our room was quiet and could be dangerous especially for those travelling alone. Some furniture in the room need to be changed.

The facilities are below par. The condtions of the room are terrible and need upgrading. The reception and checking areas are oddly located on the 6th floor of the office block. Makes it very confus8ng. The fridge provided is not cold. Cleaners mopp8ng the floor left it wet and without signage. I almost clipped and fall.

Grade A for its strategic location, within walking distance to iconic landmarks and excellent restaurants.While the two-bedroom accommodations showed signs of wear and could benefit from upgrades, the water pressure and air conditioning were excellent, ensuring a comfortable stay.However, only one service lift was operational during our visit, which may inconvenience guests during peak hours. On a positive note, the premises felt relatively safe.

We arrived Kuching at night time, it was hard to locate the hotel as there is no signboard, just small banner at the front lobby. The reception is on different level, to locate the lift to go to the room also a bit confusing at first. If you’re travelling with kids, this can be a bit hustle.Room has this old building smell, the water heater sometimes not working. May need to wait a little bit for it to work again after one is done. Other than that is just okey. Maybe suitable for solo or couple travellers. Not really suitable for families with kids.
