Awesome experience! Kids are enjoy. Strongly not advisible elderly to go in due to slippery ice.

Please use [tyre] for the slide.
Avoid walk on slide, there is very high chance you will fall down!!

Beware of slippery slide and landscape, you will have chance to fall down!!

If you have kid, elderly or someone with fragile bones accidentally fall down and unfortunate injure the body parts especially backspine & head, you will have unpleasant experience and long term side effect there after.

It's an interesting place to be to get the feeling of cold 🥶 snowy place. I've been there with my family and all of us enjoyed our trip. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Ticket price is ok but the place could have been bigger to do more activities. Not suitable for those who can't withstand cold weather.

The idea of experiencing winter in a tropical country sounded exciting – especially with kids. We were looking forward to something fun and unique. And yes, there are some positive aspects: it's really cold inside (they say -15°C), there's real snow, and there are attractions for the kids.

However, some crucial issues made the whole experience quite unpleasant – and in my case, I was already frustrated before even entering the room. Honestly, I think the organizers should have consulted someone from the northern hemisphere before setting this up.

They provide winter jackets, socks, gloves, shoes, and plastic foot covers for kids and the same size for adults (why not adult size? do not ask). Sounds great, but you have to put all of that on while standing in +35°C heat. When you're with kids, you're also helping them dress – meaning everyone is soaked in sweat within minutes. Anyone from a cold climate knows that entering sub-zero temperatures while damp leads to immediate discomfort.

Wouldn't it make sense to have a chilled changing room or at least a small porch with powerful AC? There is certainly enough space – you don't need such a large reception area.

We only spent 30 minutes inside, so we didn’t need the toilet – which is just as well, because the only toilet is outside, in +35°C heat, and quite far away. So realistically, you'd have to go outside, undress, use the bathroom, come back, dress again… and try to enjoy your visit?

Another issue – the shoes. The largest available shoe size was 44. I managed to squeeze my feet in, toes bent, but obviously had no room for warm socks. And again – anyone from the north knows that cold-weather shoes should be roomy to allow for insulation and good circulation.

Also, the shoes provided were rubber boots. This makes no sense – rubber gets cold fast and is very slippery on ice or packed snow, even with tread. Our child now has a bruised cheek from slipping in those “perfect” boots.

The price is quite high – understandably, as maintaining freezing temperatures in the tropics must be costly. But without proper preparation and equipment, no one is going to stay longer than 30 minutes, which makes the whole experience feel overpriced.
