Location is excellent but locating the unit took great effort, several calls to owner still couldn't get his staff to fatch us. Ask around several shops there and no one knows. Thanks to the security staff who knows the staff and bring us to him. The room equipped with TV and set up box with remote control not functioning. Despite the above the staff is friendly and good. Most important the bed is clean and comfortable.

This is not a place for tourists to stay it is for foreign workers to rent. A group of foreign workers hanging all over downstairs area. The room we stayed was very dirty and shabby place most of the furniture are spoil they don't provide towels and blanket when we asked the own he gives us 2 old worn bed sheets as blanket and 2 foot wiping as towels.

Cleanliness can be improved. The window in toilet was opened, wild birds like pigeon poop on the wall and not to mention spidey from trees nearby...Distance wise is centrally located in middle of Aeon mall, Ikea and toppen mall. GT go-kart is also stones throw away with mininpasar malam.Not encouraged if you are a light sleeper as crows start calling at 5am+ and a lot of noise from main road. It also depends on your luck that other stayers are no as noisy in the living/common area. Basically it is a house that has 4 rooms rented out as homestay with shared kitchen and hall. If you are looking for a budget stay which is convenience then that's fine. Overall i am ok with the stay so would give an overall 3 stars as the owner is also friendly.

It is located just beside AEON mall, so its very convenient to roam around the places. But the hotel seems to be old and for cleanliness can be rated 3/5. They will charge you extra 10rm as tourist tax and 50rm security deposit which will be refunded on checkout...

Hotel Tebrau CT is a place if you are looking for a one night stay over after spending most of your time shopping and dining at Aeon Tebrau The hotel's location is right next to Aeon Tebrau, which have a host of dining options, shopping outlets and a cinema. ||||For those who are driving there is a link to the Aeon Mall from the back of the hotel.||||The room which we get are nice and clean, with basic amenities like soap and towels. However do note that the insulation in the room is not that good, so you'll hear if there are people talking along the corridor (which happens when the cleaners were cleaning the rooms). Other than that, my night stay is pretty peaceful.||||Do note the hotel need a RM$50 deposit upon check in, they accept only cash for this deposit only.||||Overall this is hotel build within a structure suited for industrial usage, so the sound proofing and amenities may not be there. But the location is exceptional good for those who are looking for a good night sleep after a long day of shopping at Aeon Tebrau City. Room charges are also reasonable cheap for a night sleep.

We choose this hotel for 3 factors which is the location, Jacuzzi and economic price. It’s about 5-8mins walk to Aeon Tebrau Shopping mall. One good thing is that this hotel has Jacuzzi and it doesn’t hurt our pocket much. |We are allocated to Room123 and no complaint for the price we paid for except for the bathroom. We have trouble over the flushing system which result in overflowing (happen twice), lucky it happen in day time. This room come with King size bed, TV, dressing table, open style wardrobe and coffee table. Area not very big but enough space for my girl to roam around. There is a water dispenser outside our walkway if you need drinking water. Wifi is free and connection is good. Overall stay experience: average
