Very nice hotel ever in Ipoh
Their service is totally good and international standard.
The room is so nice and comfy and I can enjoy the Ipoh city view.

For the breakfast buffet, many nice foods available by Malaysia local foods and international foods.

I really want to come back to stay again when I come to Ipoh.

I stayed at AC Marriott Ipoh and was quite disappointed with my experience. The room was noisy, and the cleanliness standard was below expectations. Cups in the room had stains, which shouldn’t happen at any hotel, let alone one that is still fairly new, it gives the impression that cleanliness is not a priority here.|Even more concerning, I noticed bugs and cockroaches on the property even in the rooms, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel under the Marriott brand. This really affected my comfort during the stay.|The hotel has potential, but these issues with housekeeping and pest control need to be addressed immediately. Until improvements are made, it’s difficult to recommend this property.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a generally pleasant experience. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the room had a simple, minimalist design. The location is convenient, quite central and just a short stroll to Ipoh Parade, which made getting around easy. Parking was free too; you just pass your card to the concierge for validation before heading out.

One thing we really liked was the little lavender pouches by the lifts at night, such a nice touch and they smelled amazing. The hotel also has a game room on Level 3 that guests can use for free. There’s ping pong, table football, and gaming computers with gaming chairs. If you’re up for some singing, there are karaoke rooms you can book for a fee. Basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand wash are provided in the room.

That said, there were a couple of small letdowns. As other guests have mentioned, they only prepared one toothbrush and one pair of slippers even though there were two of us. The floor mat by the bed also felt a bit sticky to step on. On our second day, we came back around 3 pm and found that housekeeping still hadn’t cleaned our room. We’re not sure what the usual schedule is, but we expected it to be done by then. We just swapped out our towels so we could rest before heading out for dinner. Also, for hot beverages, they only provided plastic spoons, which isn’t ideal for stirring in hot drinks.

Newly and very nice hotel. Big swimming pool and all new gym room.|Service check in was very fast and check out too. Price was reasonable.|Location was very good nearby all the Tim sum lover and many coffee shops areas or Cowan Street Kuey Teow shop. |Many drinking pubs too and massages shops. Nearby to Ipoh Shopping Mall.
