We booked the Tree House block (only block, the rest is camping site), which consists of three rooms (201, 202, and 203). Overall, the stay was very comfortable.

The bathrooms are well maintained, with strong water pressure and a steady supply of hot water. The rooms are quite minimalist—equipped with air conditioning, fans, and bright lighting, but do note that no amenities are provided (such as shampoo, bath soap, towels, or mini bar), so it is best to bring your own. The beds are comfortable, and pillows are provided.

Among the rooms, Room 203 is slightly better equipped, with a built-in mini fridge and utensils such as cups and plates. Rooms 201 and 202 share a common fridge and utensils in the common space. For privacy, it is recommended to book Rooms 201 and 202 together, as they share the same access point. For the best experience, booking the entire Tree House block with all three rooms is ideal.

No meals are provided (no breakfast, lunch, or dinner), but the property is well set up for self-catering. It is a great spot for a BBQ at night, and there are facilities for steamboat (锅) and an infrared stove. A water boiler is also available in the common area.

Overall: Comfortable stay with basic facilities. Great option if you prefer a self-catering setup and do not mind bringing your own amenities. Best enjoyed when booking the entire block for privacy and convenience.

Decided to stay overnight as the next day early morning we have program in this location. Looking from the website, and we choose a budget stay which is the "Farm House 2" as we are just a family with 3 pax. If you can see from the pictures uploaded, you can't find a single photo through their website except the room picture. The kitchen, environment, bathroom, washroom condition are all hidden and not shown in their website. I think the owner had misdefining what "Farm House" is, in fact is a house for the workers. We been stayed in the worker house with very poor safety, dusty and dirty store house instead. Can you imagine, there is dog food in the kitchen? According to the 3 workers that staying in that house, another 2 rooms (3 rooms total in the house) had been booked and paid during the same day (15 September 2025), but I don't see anyone on that particular night except me and my family staying over there. The house is full of rubbish and unwanted stuffs leftover by church members. And there are 6 dogs surrounding the house, and the dogs barking throughout the night we stayed.

Next, will be the pond. The boat required RM20 for 2hrs and is non-refundable. I am very surprising with this way of the owner doing business, even Borneo Empurau Farm that such well maintain place, they are also renting the float at RM20, but can use all day long, and is refundable upon return. Second, the pond is full of sewage and algae, the maintenance of the pond is very bad, and is also very slippery.

Arriving at 1745 hrs, we were greeted by 'Auntie' who informed that they're closing the main gate at 1800 hrs. We were not informed prior, so we negotiated a term for leaving and returning and we managed to leave at 1815 hrs after a change of clothes.

Left to Bau (Tasik Biru), then to the old Siniawan town which is a street of shop houses but we were lucky they had a 'Cowboy town' event, where we had our dinner and it's my first experience of sambal mee hoon goreng 😋👌

Back at Abba Paradise at about 2145 hrs, we packed some food back for the caretakers. There's no food stalls nearby and they must be hungry, waiting for our return before closing the main gate for the night.

There's a group of campers who gave us company in this otherwise deserted place. We're grateful for their presence. Spent the next 3 hours at the long table (external area) and engrossed ourselves in our updates on each other, with food and drinks which we bought from the Lapapa Mart at Tasik Biru.

The air-con is efficient and we had a good night's rest before the kayak trip the next morning. I like the net overhang area, for the fun of it 🤗 The plumbing to the toilet bowl had an issue, so we went to the public toilet about 50 metres away.

If you like a quiet time with nature serenading you through the night, this is the right place 👌

It looks so fun to the reviews. When I went there, the water is okay la but the behind there process haven't completed yet but I'm still curious what are they gonna do there. 🤔

Once I step into the pool/water. Its was slippery, a lot of gaps, there's stones that you can automatically fall, sands make me uncomfortable that's under the water. 😮‍💨

The most problem is, why theres a brown something looking like a poop flowing around? I thought they were the leaf. 😰

Theres a another small pool, i didn't noticed that theres a mini fish inside the pool. No wonder my feet feels tickle! 😲

There's a duck boat or float, you need to pay. One small duck boat cost 10 RM and the big boat cost 20 RM. Even though my body is big it can fit a 20 RM boat, there's a handle that you can control and the boat floats around.

After I rode it, I go to the public toilet. Theres a shower head and I was surprised! But there's not such a big place not like OKU toilet. 😵‍💫

At the end, I notice my hand got blisters 😭

rented their open camping site, liked the electrical socket on the camping ground, would have brought fan if i knew. Friendly staff,and their website clearly stated that either bring your own or rent for the camping site that we owned. Would have given extra star but ... During our stay, there were no water supply (only trickling of water) from the main source from 7pm to 2am and there were 2 groups renting/camping which is plenty of visitors overnight. a suggestion to install tangki air as this is a holiday resort and full of visitors during wekend, easier to wash our hands or BBQ food. Also install garbage area for camping ground instead of lorry. Otherwise big signage of the lorry serve as the bin for visitor's information. overall nice getaway from town

so far pergi amat puas hati kolam besar tak perlu bersempit dengan orang lain... kawasan berbumbung bersih... lantai berlumut tu normal bagi saya sebab kawasan hutan kan bukan swimming pool hotel... cuma satu saja minta perubahan dari owner untuk kurangkan anjing kat kawasan sekitar kolam... banyak muslim yang datang. masa saya pergi hari tu jiran tapak sebelah pergi mandi makanan mereka hampir dimakan oleh anjing. selain itu takut peralatan / baju di kencing anjing. Pandangan saya semasa operasi boleh bawa anjing ke kasawan lain terlebih dahulu bagi tidak mengganggu pengunjung yang datang.

The pools are big and the water is very cooling. It is not deep, around chest height, so it is family friendly. Only did a one day trip here, but an overnight stay might be peaceful as it is quiet. The treehouse is only a year old, so it looks nice and boujee. The mini cave has nothing much and the viewpoint has a dangerous stage, so walk with extra caution. The toilet and bathroom are alright and everything functions well there although some insects hang around. The entrance fee of RM5 per adult and other rental items may be pricey but worth a visit.
