The venue is well kept, hygienic and temperature just nice for us. The whole experience is comfortable and the masseur Rani is thorough in her massage. Her massage is relaxing and her pressure adjusted according to my request. Kimono photo-taking is fun, just nice as it's our wedding anniversary.

Back at 38 deg C spa but at their Dato Onn outlet. A variety of kimonos to choose from. Spa room is very spacious. Masseurs are also good, helps you to focus on the aching muscles. Feeling v relaxed after the whole session.

The services are vert detailed and meticulous! Love the birthday surprise they planned for me as a special request from my hubs! Strongly recommend as their masseuse will assist to clean us up so we wont be oily everywhere! Wil definitely come back again!

Environment very chill and relaxing, onsen spa facilities are well-maintained and clean. Services are top notch! We get to try the Japanese Kimono and take good pics! The Onsen spa is the best experience as you can see on the photo 🤪! Then we have Japanese massage as part of the package ✌🏻

We were left feeling impressed by our initial session at the Mount Austin branch, and decided to sign up for the whole package with them. We were not disappointed at all… each visit is always carried out in a clean and spotless room. The overall environment is beautifully set-up, with a nice ambience for the photo-shoot session. The private rooms are huge, and extremely conducive for a peaceful and comfortable onsen experience 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

We are always greeted with genuine smiles; very friendly and approachable staff who are polite and respectful throughout the whole session which added on to the wonderful experience. Appreciate the warm hospitality and attention to details; constantly checking in on us to ensure that we’re comfortable and that our needs are met and attended to. The masseuses are also very professional and mindful of our body language and facial expression, and know to check in with us consistently on the amount of pressure that is being applied during the massage session 💕🙏🏼

We thoroughly enjoyed the whole session; it was a very comprehensive package consisting of 15 mins foot scrub, 45 mins onsen (paired with desserts), and 60 mins full body massage. The photo-shoot session was also fun, with a wide variety of male and female kimonos to choose from, and different types of hair accessories with added on props such as umbrella, fan, samurai sword etc. The staff are very obliging in taking beautiful pictures to add on to your memorable experience 🤩
