Stepping into Bali Thai Wellness & Family Spa felt like entering a whole new world of relaxation! I arrived a little early at 10:45 AM (they open at 11 AM), but a kind Indian gentleman welcomed me in, checked my appointment, and led me to the waiting area while the receptionists were on their way.

From the moment I walked in, the ambience was breathtaking—beautifully decorated with perfect air conditioning, making it the ideal escape from the heat outside. My masseuse, Min (#2), soon arrived, greeted me with a warm smile, and started with a soothing foot wash before leading me to my treatment room.

I went for the 2-hour aromatherapy massage, and wow—what an experience! Min was incredibly skilled, working through all my knots with precision while making sure I was completely at ease. She had such a warm presence that the two hours flew by in what felt like minutes!

The facilities here are top-notch too—their toilets come with full-size bathrooms, heaters, and bidets, adding a touch of luxury. Plus, they accept both cash and card payments, making everything super convenient.

This place is now my go-to spa, and I can’t wait to bring my family and friends along. If you're looking for a spa that delivers on ambience, service, and pure relaxation, Bali Thai Wellness & Family Spa is the place to be!

Horrible experience! Opted for 60 mins head shoulders back massage. Masseuse was repeating the same movement of just jabbing her elbow into my back. No technique or skill in massaging, was painful and uncomfortable. Extremely unpleasant experience would not recommend at all.

Booked 2 slots at 10.30pm for 2 hours Aromatherapy Massage. Our masseuse were Thai middle aged ladies. I recommend the masseuse named "Ananta"(?) Or Ananda. Told her to focus more on my back and she really scanned thoroughly to find my muscle knots. I have always had pain in my shoulder blade and she managed to spot it without me telling her. She even went to get Tiger Balm to massage the knots away. I felt that she was experienced and knowledgeable.

After the massage, we got to shower. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Ended with ginger tea.

Overall, price is higher than the average but the environment seems cleaner and much more premium than those around KSL.
