Clean, spotless & staff were friendly and accommodating.

It is certainly one of the best wellness center that we’ve ever visited in JB.
The lobby area is bright and spacious, the receptionist were friendly and took time to explain the various types of packages on offered during the happy hour period.
We requested for a couple room and booked for 2 hr package of signature urutan Malaysia & deep tissue massage respectively.
The masseurs were professional and services delivery were excellent.
The couple room is located near to the reception area, it was a bit noisy when the waiting guests talked and laughed loudly. I noticed there’re sign telling guests to lower their volume however might need the receptionists to “remind” the guests.
Other than that, we’re very pleased with the services and certainly would come back again.

The masseurs are good n polite. Receptionist does her job well. Please tip the masseurs if u think the massage is to your liking. What u paid, only a small percentage goes to them.

Came here with my mom and booked their signature Malaysian massage for two (90 minutes).

I was assigned a Myanmar masseuse, while my mom had an Indonesian one (Midah). My masseuse had strong hands, but it didn’t quite feel right for a Malaysian massage. The pressure was inconsistent—sometimes too soft, sometimes too hard—so I had to keep giving instructions. At one point, she massaged my thighs with a lot of pressure but very little oil, which became painfully uncomfortable. Even after I told her it hurt, she didn’t seem to understand that the issue was the lack of oil and the repeated rubbing in the same spot. I had to ask her to stop.

Midway through, my session was constantly disrupted by loud noises outside. With only a thin curtain separating the rooms, I could clearly hear staff talking, footsteps going back and forth, and the constant creaking of doors. It was incredibly distracting and completely ruined the relaxation experience.

My mom, on the other hand, loved her session. Because of that, I’ll give it a 3/5.

Would I return? Yes, but next time, I’ll request a local or Indonesian masseuse for the signature Malaysian massage.

One of the best and cleanest massage places I tried in JB. Receptionist is polite and masseuse is professional. Very good massage both me and my wife enjoyed our 2 hour massage. The hot stone therapy is the most professional I tried. Keep it up. Will come back again.

My sisters and I came to get a foot & shoulder massage. The Masseus was very thorough. They were careful to check if the pressure was good. It was very calming and the massage room itself was very peaceful. Aroma oils can be chosen according to your preference. Friendly staff, well kept place! Very clean!
