This is the poor experience I never have before, spend rm300++ for doing massage under the escalator! 90min massage I keep hearing parents shout to kids and escalator noise…this owner just want make money, guest experience they don't care! If you want to relax and enjoy massage I will suggest look for other outlet.

I had a 90 min aromatherapy body massage. No prior booking, just walked in and managed to get a slot, although a 120 min appointment isn't available. I paid RM211.70/ S$65. There was a nice area for washing of feet before going into a room. Massage bed is big and great for plus sized body. However, the massage wasn't good. There is no fragrance in the massage oil and no scent was used in the room. It felt like a cheap oil massage. The masseuse was not skillful as she was merely touching my skin. Thankfully, I didn't pay for 120 min. Despite the nice environment, minus the missing scent that I prefer during massage, I will not visit this place again. I am giving this place 2 stars for the convenient location and privacy, but the massage experience is only 1 star. There are many better massage palours in JB.

Their back healing massage is really one of THE BEST. Highly recommended to make an appointment, especially for weekends. I always request the same therapist because she's FANTASTIC -she makes sure to focus on the areas I need the most, and I always feel lighter after. 60 mins session is never enough.

Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for my partner, who usually gets the traditional Thai massage, which is hit/miss for him

Randomly walked past this massage place with my boyfriend and decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised by how great the experience was! Big thanks to our massage therapists, Nok and Pei, for being so friendly and skilled. The counter staff were super welcoming too. Highly recommend!

My friends and I came to JB for a 2 day trip. We paid 50rm each as a deposit for a 2.30pm slot at around 1pm and we even planned our whole day around it, even skipping some activities we wanted to do because we heard great reviews about the place and went ahead excited for our massage. To our shock, when we came at 2.25pm for the massage, they had informed us it was double booked. My friends and I were puzzled by this, how could a slot we paid a deposit for to secure it, be given to someone after us. Even if it was double booked, should we not have gotten it since we came first. We felt absolutely discriminated there and there little to no service recovery done. They gave our deposit back and that was it. I even saw one of the staff even laughing away as if mocking us. Seeing these stuff, we asked if that was it as there was nothing being done or offered to compensate us for our time and effort. Which was when we were offered 10% off vouchers that were expiring in a few days time😂. Our whole day was ruined by this incident and we went back to the hotel in disappointment. Please train your staff and improve your system Siam Oasis, Thank you.

Loving the ambience plus satisfying services from start to the end.

Reception was so clam and smile despite having overwhelming walk-in and calls. Able to attend to my enquiries.

My 60mins Royal Aromatherapy Massage done by Therapist, Som, was perfect! It was relaxing and pressure was soothing.

Even though my treatment ended perfectly at the closing time but i was still ushered to the exit. Appreciated it!

Masseurs Jaw and Tu kya were good. Good strength and techniques.

Rooms were clean and towels fresh. Jaw noticed I was cold (AC there was centralised) and covered me with thick towels. Thank you for that!

Place is not easy to find as it's tucked in a different part of the mall.

We were booked for other places but after reading the reviews, weren't sure of the quality of massage we were going to get so switched. Glad we chose Siam oasis.

One of the better wellness spa located right at the shopping mall beside CIQ complex. Booking was easy and received fast response thru WhatsApp.
The facility is cleaned, ambience is relaxing.
The masseurs are Thai who are friendly and polite.
We opted for 90 min royal aromatherapy (RM404 for 2), the massage was gentle with right amount of pressure.
One of the masseurs had a runny nose, she coughed and sneezed occasionally. She shall be rested or at least wearing a mask. Imagine we were in close proximity with her in a confined space for more than 90 min., just worry to catch her flu bug.
