AAA doesn't deserve any star at all!
I requested the boss, Kenny to help find out from the security guards for the reason of bringing the policeman to my unit or the policeman info, so that I can understand the matter. My tenant was unable to communicate well in Malay/English and told me about it. It was in Nov 2023. I requested Kenny on that day itself.
Kenny got the staff to follow up with me.
At the end, their answer was no record at the security post, and needed more time to check the CCTV footage.
After a few follow-ups, there was no update and the staff resigned. I hilted to Kenny about my concern over the security and safety of the building, looks like there are no proper procedures for registering visitors, even though we are using Condo Master or the security guards are not following the procedures. The last follow up was in Apr 2024 and no response from him since then.
Kenny claimed AAA is a well established property management company with 20+ years of experience, but the simple process of recording visitors is not in place. How can the security guard bring the "policeman" to my unit without registering at the security post?
If there was a police operation, the police man needed to show a warrant. But there was no explanation and no response from the management of the condo or Kenny on the findings/solutions.
I really have BIG CONCERNS/WORRIES over AAA managing my condo. They are incompetent at all. Not only is my condo facing security issues, AAA is also not able to advise the JMC well and manage the condo properly. The condition of the condo is deteriorating in terms of cleanliness, landscaping, etc. I am really sad to see the condition of the condo whenever I visit the condo.

Having this management in my living place is a really terrible experience (and we are still having them now). Didn't fully utilize the condo-management system, notices always not updated (or selective updates) to residents, not managing the cleaning services team, security team and etc. properly in our condo, simply close issues that yet to settle in the system, and many many more! Super sucks property management team. I wouldn't want to rate a single star but I got no choice as 1 star is the minimum one to review!

Very poor management of I-Santorini. Don't see them managing the service providers - cleaners, security & landscapers.

Can't even provide a proper organization chart, so that residents knows who are they.

Don't even know how to create and send out a proper open tender (see attached photo) which might make the residents think that there might be hanky panky in the open tender.

I really don't know how & why the current JMC selected them & keep them.

One of the worst property management companies in Penang. Very bad services given to my current place. Cleanliness is horrible, you can see rubbish everywhere especially at the commercial area. No supervising of cleaners. Corridors at residential area are also dirty, dusty and full of stains. Management office staffs are not responsive and did not perform their responsibilities as they should.

As the current PMC of I-Santorini, lousy service was given for the past 6 months. Staffs keep on changing, cleanliness of building is horrible, Notices issued are sub-par and full of grammatical errors, closing of issues in CondoMaster without any reason given and the list goes on.

The director,Kenneth Koay is extremely rude, uncivilized and arrogant without an ounce of customer service.The same could be said about his team. I am surprised that this agency has employed someone so unprofessional and crass to represent them.Truly disappointed.

The worse management office staff that I have met, even LMC are better than them.

Unprofessional not tactful...when having problem with residents the right approach is to hear from the resident first instead of reporting to COB or PDRM. They treat the residents like military... making the community like criminals.
