Rooms: Pretty spacious room. I got the queen bed room. Plenty of space as I booked solo. Smart TV, very nice. Had fridge, hot shower. Nice atmosphere with the jazz music playing on the hallway.

Service: Pretty good. Receptionist is effecient and fast. Housekeeping is good.

A nice place to stay. Went there for business purpose. I like it. Heard some story about the place, just don't about it too much. It's fine.

Location: Pretty meh. Parking is alright.

location was very convenient, there was a mini convenience store on the ground floor which came in handy. The room was very spacious and clean, except for the drain that had a few black spots and the table some dust bunnies. Overall experience was excellent.Could have benefited with a hair dryer in the room and a food menu for breakfast as there were no labels and I had no idea what I was eating.The hair conditioner pump was not refilled.

Affordable and comfortable stay in this hotel that is conveniently situated around good food!
Room was so spacious although dimly lit, it created a comfortable and warm ambience. The huge balcony was a huge plus as I found myself chilling, having supper while soaking in the kuching night skies 😂
Bed was clean and bouncy (proven from the video 😂). However because it's situated right by a busy road and around a hospital, sometimes you will hear ambulance sirens through the night which woke me up as I'm a light sleeper.
Other than that it was a fabulous stay and especially affordable!

Tiada gambar kat hotel ni tapi percaya lahh saya tak menyesal check in sini😍 lobi dia wangi betul. Sampai awal sejam, terus kasi check in without extra charges. Bilik dan bilik air bersih. Water heater function well. Lokasi dia strategi. Just 8km from airport dan 6km to Waterfront kuching. Dekat dengan tempat tempat menarik macam Borneo Culture Museum, kek lapis warisan, Mita Cake House. Cuma depan hotel tu ade trafic light yang lama. So selalu jem situ. Kene tunggu grab lama sebab trafic light tu. Highly recommended hotel ni!

The hotel looked new as it had been recently refurbished, But the room we stayed in (405) can still be improved. Lighting in the room is too dim. The bathroom can be equipped with towel racks and hangers to hang clothes, and better drainage system at the shower stall. More hangers can be provided in the room, and perhaps a small cupboard to hang clothes. There is enough space in the room for such amenities.
Breakfast was a disappointment.
It is pleasant hotel, not noisy, but much can be done to improve the amenities.

No private parking, had to park behind the hotel in front of a shoplot. Receptionist was kind and check-in was quick.

Although the hotel is fairly new - about a year old, the room seemed a bit run-down (not bad just doesn’t look new). Bathroom looked clean at first but I found grains of rice stuck to the wall near the sink. No towel hooks either. On the bright side, there was plenty of shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner, and no bad odor from the toilet.

Breakfast was disappointing with limited choices, but the croissant was good. Room lighting was fine for me, and it was quiet on the sixth floor—no noise from the bar (maybe I got lucky and they were closed that night) and no ghost sightings, in case you're wondering!

Decent stay overall, but cleanliness and maintenance could definitely be improved.

The moment we entered the duplex, it felt natural for us to be barefoot, as we didn’t want to dirty the floor with outside footwear. However, the floor felt really sticky, as if it hadn’t been mopped or cleaned properly. After checking more closely, we realized the floor had many stains and hair everywhere, it didn’t even look like it had been swept.
The room had two toilets with showers, and both floors showed shoe stains. When I opened the toilet lid, I even found tissue inside the bowl, as if someone had used it and not flushed. It really made me question how the housekeeping staff were doing their job.
The duplex also came with a kitchenette, but the utensils were all dirty. They didn’t even provide dishwashing liquid for guests to use. The sofa was stained as well. On the lower level, there was a small cupboard with three robes. Upon closer inspection, we found hair all over them. I honestly wonder when was the last time the hotel washed these robes. My suggestion: never use the provided robes, who knows how many people have worn them without a proper wash. Euw.
Overall, it seemed like the hotel relied on using strong fragrance in the room just to mask the dirt they purposely ignored. Honestly, people, please don’t book here.

Location near to hospital, however far from town, but accessible with taxi.Loud noise penetrates into the room if ambulance siren, noisy bikes and cars, as the glasses are not thick enough to block the noises.Lack of amenities.However, the facilities are still new.Good interiors. Balcony is spacious.Impressive water pressure and constant hot water.Tentative staff.Good breakfast.
