The location from the morning until afternoon seems okay but turn to terrible when the pub and bar going wild til mid night so I would not recommend this hotel for any stay cation even for a night. Unless any guesses like to hit them up for karaoke that it is okay. For me, no. I felt sorry for myself because I did not notice earlier. The front desk has no problem. Ladies were friendly. Room quite smelly as there was no window for the guess. Still that was a small problem. Only the pub is messed

Hotel so bad... Dlm booking tunjuk gmbr lain yg ada private bathroom bagai bilik pun selesa last bila smpai hotel dpt bilik yg kena share bathroom.... Dgn bilik kecil lg x sesuai utk kami yg ada ank kecil dan terpaksa share bathroom....next jgn bagi harapan palsu dekat cust... Dlm booking tulis bagai private bathroom, tv last semua tu xda pun... Very bad.... Dgn environment yg bising sbab dekat dgn club huh 🙄

Friendly and dedicated staff. The room is clean and contemporary. Visitors can expect professional and above average services here. The room is of modern design and the facilities are well maintained. The air conditioner is cold and functioning as exoected. In addition, the house keeping staff is very helpful and easily approachable.

We reach this place in the evening and choose queen size bed with city view (cost for RM99)..the room is nice, clean and basic. Walking distance to all the cafe areas here and need to use grab app to go to the city like ming cafe/imperial mall or etc. They have free wifi & no elevator to go the 2nd or 3rd floor.

There are many parkings. But for some people that found pubs noisy and annoying, then you need to endure it as there are many pubs and karaoke places around the hotel. Besides that, there are no facilities for wheelchair.
Services are slow. Took about 10 to 20 minutes to check in. Furthermore, there are no lift. You need to take the stairs to get to your room. It was a real pain back then on my stay as i was wearing high heels. Lucky me. I didnt bring a suitcase , i brought a small travel bag. So, if you are bringing big suitcases then i dont suggest you to stay here.

Beside your door, there is a black square thing that have a bell function on it . And there is also a dont disturb switch which will disable the ring of the bell, and a tidy my room switch which to call for room service. The room is clean and tidy. There are no stains on the bedsheet. The aircond is functipning greatly. Also, the lights are nice as they provide the blu light thingy. On the other hand. The tv mostly consists of chinese channels. One thing that will bother women: there are only one mirror in the room which is in the toilet. The toilet however is in nice condition including the shower and the sink. They provide the hand showers and the shower(the one above us) and also the pipe. But, the water is slightly low around 9 am to 12 pm. Its probably because of the low water pressure issue at miri.

Overall, i like my stay in the hotel. Nice and comfortable.

Safe place with cctv 24hrs at parking lot and u also can see ur car at ur room tv. Budget room and very suit for a small family. Clean and comfort. No smoking or vaping. Wifi available. Got gym nearer the area.

Nice beds, good shower, nice and simple setup. No hassle for parking. Near to quite a number of good (local, asian, western), desserts, coffee, live entertainment and pubs.
