If you’re seeking an affordable accommodation in a strategic location and intend to spend most of your time exploring the city, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Be sure to try their signature Laksa at the café — it stands out as one of the best among hotel offerings. The bar on Level 5 provides a cozy atmosphere with an impressive view.

The staff are courteous and consistently deliver warm, professional service.

Great hotel, we appreciated the connecting family room and thought it was great value for the location. Easy to walk to waterfront and city centre. Rooms were large and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the rooftop bar and cocktails. Breakfast is quite limited and could have a few more options available but otherwise brilliant.

Sehr schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen, super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, saubere und kompfortable Zimmer, leckeres Essen. Waren während unserers Travel gleich mehrfach hier und sehr zufrieden. Würden jederzeit wieder einchecken.

We stayed in a family room with a connecting door and had a great experience. The room was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Both the refrigerator and air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room cool throughout our stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We booked the room over the phone, and the clerk kindly suggested we choose a family room instead of two separate rooms, which ended up saving us money. Much appreciated!

The hotel’s location is also a big plus. It’s situated near a lively street with restaurants, bars, a supermarket, local shops, and massage places - all within walking distance. Very convenient for exploring the area!

Highly recommended for families and couples looking for comfort, good service, and a central location.

Clean
Good service
Only sound insulation was bad especially if you facing main road
Mat rempit at midnight. Hard to have a good sleep.
But overall is good
Hotel is clean, staff is good and friendly

The hotel is located in a convenient spot close to the river, walking distance to everything you need from ATM, convenience store, food and attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful, ensuring the check in was smooth and any questions I had about tours were attended to promptly. The hotel has a really good buffet breakfast with continential and Sarawak specialities. The room is very comfortable and it was cleaned daily with fresh towels and water. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stay for 3 days 2 nights. Such a good place so quiet and calm. Room is clean, good service and fast service.

The breakfast is not lots of food, but sufficient and more than enough. Will comeback

War für den Preis echt ein super Hotel. Die Lage war dem Preis entsprechend sehr gut. Der Service war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Einen Stern abgezogen gibt es aber für den Schimmelfleck im Bad.
