Food - terrible, marinated meats too salty, except for the 7.90 Mee sedap instant noodles with fried eggs.
Service - terrible, even though I stated for special requests, they still put what I didn't want. What for have that column? Remove la
Atmosphere : Stuffy as hell! Please buy more fan. Conclusion : Expensive, not worth it! Won't come again!

boss scolded and shouted at staff when got customer inside store during opening hours. extremely unprofessional, might as well close store if don't know how to act professionally and conduct staff management appropriately. 😉

The food was good, but the service was poor. We waited almost an hour for our food, and no cutlery was provided initially. Drinks and desserts were served half an hour after we finished our meal. The lighting inside was too dim. The view outside was nice, but the area was filled with BBQ smoke odors.

上个星期跟朋友预定了位置，准时去到后询问服务员，结果服务员说我们的位置被其他早到却没预定的顾客坐掉了… 搞笑了！那么你开放预定for what? After我们反馈给服务员后，他才勉为其难的去跟另一个顾客协调☺️ 沙发好难坐！很多顾客直接把其他沙发的靠枕和坐垫拿走，导致我们预定三张沙发3seater sofa 只有2个位置的坐垫🙂 再次跟服务员反馈，他说他也没办法！ok我理解，怕得罪其他客人… 但是当我用内部楼梯下楼时看到了很多的靠枕坐垫被随意丢在地板上… 当下挺无语的

waited for 1 hour for my food to be serve, whats worst they served my beer after one hour… it’s the beer… i tried to be understanding since its fnb but…

my suggestion is please hire more staff and restructure the task for each staff, put atleast 2/3 staff at the drink making area especially when it is peak hour/special occasion, dont just mix all the task altogether. Poor the cashier or idk the manager, need to handle this and that,

overall only the staff service and atmosphere r ok, if u r planning to eat here better just eat at somewhere else, this place more suitable for drinks only

The other Google reviews stated that it was quiet a bad place to eat but when eating at this place,I seen that it is a really great place to eat.The assistance is kind,service is very nice.The food taste very delicious and the atmosphere is fine.I would say this place is a very nice place to hangout and eat.Pleasee visit! :DDD
