The location is in Damai with a lot of restaurants and amenities nearby. The cleanliness can be improved as the attached toilet has urine smell. However the service is good as they texted me to ask whether I needed housekeeping service when I was out of the hotel. Overall decent place to stay for the price

This is my 1st time stay at DM hotel. As budget hotel it's really convenient location and good cleanliness guest room. Definitely will come back again to stay here. Thanks

my second time extend night, stil feel better, the only problem when blackout, they dont have emengency supply, so you have to walk staircase, very dark staircase.

Such an underrated 2 star hotel. Queen Standard Room only for RM93.00 which is cheaper than most hotels I've been to. It's located in Damai where it is a food heaven. You can find many good restaurants around, 24 hours convenient stores & banks.

What I don't like about this hotel:
1. Check in deposit is expensive (RM100/room)
2. The toilet is too cramped. A plus size people might have difficulties getting inside the washroom.

comfortable room, our 1st night, blackout from 3am until morning, feel bad but due to the good service received from the receptionist, I think it should not be a problem. kuddos to all the receptionist, especially the pm shift, very kind and pleasant. forgot to ask the name. such a great place to stay! clean and comfort

If you want a cheap hotel this is fine I stayed here and it has all your needs apart from a restaurant so you have to eat out but plenty of cheap places to eat and a large chemist across the busy main road with cheap places to eat.
