I had a pleasant stay at Mercure Living Putrajaya. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern facilities and a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities and attractions.

The only downside was the shower — the water pressure and temperature control could be improved. Other than that, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

I truly love how smooth and easy the check-in process was. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always served with a smile, patiently explaining everything in detail.

The parking area was convenient, and the hotel’s location is perfect. There’s a direct linkage to Alamanda, and since the hotel is connected to Shaftsbury Putrajaya, finding a good meal is never a problem.

The pool was great too! I really appreciate that it’s open until 10 PM, giving us more time to relax and enjoy.

This hotel is also very Muslim-friendly. They provide a prayer mat and a clear Qiblat direction in the room.

Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. We’ll definitely recommend this hotel to others! 🌟

My overall experience at this hotel was excellent the service, facilities, and staff were all outstanding. However, my one-star comment is only for the takeaway cups used for the iced latte I purchased. The cups were quite small and seemed designed for hot drinks rather than cold beverages. I hope the hotel can consider using more suitable cups for iced drinks in the future. Aside from this minor issue, everything else about my stay was wonderful.

Makanan sedap We had a wonderful dining experience at Volcano Shabu-Shabu Putrajaya. The food was delicious and fresh, with a great variety to choose from. The accommodation was very satisfying. The surroundings are conveniently close to Alamanda Shopping Centre, making it easy for shopping and dining. The facilities such as the swimming pool and gym are good, and the staff are friendly. However, the Wi-Fi speed, especially on the 24th floor, could be improved. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Room is great. Breakfast is amazing. Lamb dish in the morning is a new thing for me. But the taste is marvelous. Services also good. Everything is perfect. Such a great place to stay. Location is strategic. Everything is so convenient and within hand reach.

One of the best hotels and customer service that I have experienced. Best spread of buffet breakfast. Varieties of local cuisines and definitely best tasted I have had. And my special good review and recommendation goes to Mr Hakim whom is at the egg section. Mr Hakim had protrayed best customer service and professionalims in his work. Kudos to him and for the management to have a good staff like Mr Hakim. Thank you Mecure Living Putrajaya for the experienced. Definitely coming back here again.
