Not bad. Great high tea experience for us. Quality wise great although taste wise just normal. Wasnt impressed nor disappointed over the tea snacks. Just within our expectations.

The dining area was a bit underwhelming as it was situated just near the reception/entrance to the hotel. Very open space and the seating for afternoon tea set was a bit lower and uncomfortable to sit especially for taller person. No live music nor recordings being played, just noise of people check in to the hotel.

The coffee were quite smooth but nothing exciting. Out of the 10 bite size snacks, my favourite was the creme brûlée with sweet strawberry on top.

Had a sibling gathering for HiTea on 8 June 2024 at Latitude 02 LeMeridien Putrajaya. It was a marvelous experience.

Mr Andrew & Mr Mel greeted us with a big smile and they are very friendly.

The 'birthday boy' was surprised with the complimentary birthday cake. It was a delightful gathering for us.

We accidentally knocked over one of the coffee cup but the staff on duty is very kind to replace with another cup of coffee with no additional charge.

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. We really had a great time. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality & the top notch service.

went there for tea/coffee set. the food generally okay but few not so much for me, eg the scones could be better and the macaroons too sweet for me. but i love the brûlée and the coffees. environment okay but can’t feel the AC at that time. on the other hand, hat’s off to both staff who gave us the best service that day.

I went to Latitude with my friends over lunch break and was attended to by a young lady, Ms. Khai Ying. She was friendly and didn't mind showing me (I actually asked her) how she 'draw a heart' in my cup of hot chocolate. Aww, such a sweetheart! The ambiance and atmosphere itself are very nice. It is a recommended place to have an escaped in the middle of the stressful day.

Booked afternoon high tea for my wife’s birthday on 31st. Called them on 26th. Upon arrival, bartender cakap “eh tak ada pun booking”. Apa punya hotel bar entah. Level kedai tom yam.

I had a mocktail there recently and the bartender Mr Andrew Bargan was so kind and very good service provided by him. Because of him I have a wonderful experience here with my friends that I was hosting from Japan and India. Keep up the good work!

Went to Lattitude for a quick latte after a long day. Was attended to by Ms. Khai Ying. Not only the latte was fantastic but she was also attentive and kindly chatted with me. Keep up the good work, Ms Khai Ying.
