Mula-mula booking dapat bilik tingkat 13 tapi staf beri kami bilik di tingkat 8 dan dapat satu apartment untuk jaga privasi kami as a muslim family. Bilik sangat cantik dan bersih. Dapat tengok view yg cantik dari ruang tamu ( River view & Draw Bridge ) . Harga pun sangat berpatutan.

I stayed with Jen's homestay already several times and I can say that the place is maintained really excellent. In all these years we observed that all the things are working well, place is spotless and clean when arrived, all is provided and everything is smooth with the communication with Jen. As I have a friend in the same building this is a super win. I like to come to this place it has all the facilities we need, place has a nice brigh vibe to it and also provides a great view over the Kuala Terengganu. We feel we have a home there.

The location was close to the Chinatown and easy access to foods.
The rooms are well keep and super clean for 10 of us.
The owner even prepare some snacks, drinks, water, books and gifts for us!
And the view is superb on 13th floor!
Only drawback are parking at 6th floor is narrow and the rooms are having some noise by water pump and birds at night!
Overall, it was an excellent experience in Kuala Trengganu!

Yo estuve en un apartamento con tres habitaciones, con aseo y dos camas dobles. Tiene un amplio comedor y zona de estar. Y una terraza grande con unas vistas estupendas de la ciudad desde una 13ª planta. Con wifi. Está todo limpísimo y muy tranquilo. Jen, la propietaria es súper amable y cuando llegas, te facilita toda la información sobre lo que puedes visitar y dónde comer en la ciudad, mejor que en la oficina de turismo.||En cuanto a la ubicación es perfecta, justo al lado del chinatown y a menos de 5 minutos andando de la estación de autobuses.||Sin dudarlo cuando vuelva a KT, volveré a alojarme allí.

Habe hier 2x eine Nacht verbracht, je eine vor meinem Besuch von Redang und eine danach. Mein Auto konnte ich netterweise für den gesamten Zeitraum kostenfrei im zugehörigen Parkhaus abstellen.||Hatte dabei 2 unterschiedliche Zimmer in unterschiedlichen Wohnungen, aber beide nebeneinander in der 13. Etage. ||2 kleine Kritikpunkte: ||1. Etwas nervig ist der nur eine funktionierende Fahrstuhl, so dass man manchmal echt eine gefühlte Ewigkeit auf diesen warten muss.||2. Beide Zimmer hatten nur Fenster mit Milchglasscheiben zum stets beleuchteten Hausflur hin. An sich kein Problem, aber in einem der beiden Zimmer fehlte Lichtschutz, so dass es selbst in der Nacht ziemlich hell im Zimmer war.||Alles andere war echt klasse. Sehr gute Sauberkeit, nette Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung wie Wasserkocher, Kaffee und WLAN. Außerdem gibt es einen schön großem Gemeinschaftsbereich mit u.a. Kühlschrank, Balkon und toller Aussicht über die Stadt.||Zentrale Lage direkt am Chinatown und weniger als 1 km von der Fähre nach Redang entfernt, aber trotzdem ruhig.

This was my second time I stayed with Jen's place. Now I saw another appartment and we also enjoyed our stay there. Place is very clean, provides also a great view over the Kuala Terangganu. We entered the place as instructed on owner's SMS. Later in the evening she also came to visit us and to give us a welcome gift which was very tasty Malaysian bread, pastry which we ate for our breakfast the next day. Place provides air-con, very good quality Wi-Fi, TV and hot shower. They take very good of this place and it might be that is better option than any hotel in KT. I also have located a friend n this very same building so there is nothing to think about when choosing where to stay. There is also a small Chinesse temple at the bottom of the building and also a lovely friendly small caffe from Mrs. Get Ming Lim. Also a food market and morning market is just there. Great place. We will come again :).

We stayed a night in Monroe guestroom whilst on transit to Redang island. The apartment block may not be new and looks unattractive. However, don't let that deter you. The apartment at the 14th floor is well maintained. Our room with an ensuite bathroom was clean and comfy. We were provided with drinking water, coffee making facilities, towels, TV; and the bath came with hand-held shower with good water pressure, shampoo and shower liquid dispensers. The apartment is ideally located near amenities, less than 5 minutes' walk to Chinatown (Kg Cina) and approximately 15 minutes' walk to Shahbandar jetty terminal. In the mornings, there is a small market close to the apartment block. We would not hesitate to stay at Jen Homestay again.
