Hi beutea staff for cawangan cheras traders. I came all the way from bangi. I am excited untuk bagi suami i cuba flavour melon white peach milk tea. I beli 3 cup. But, after rasa, i sedih n kecewa. Rasa mcm watery. Tawar. Lebih susu je. Kenapa rasa tak sama mcm di beutea pavilion bukit jalil? Why ada rasa berbeza. Sop buat air memang tak ikut standard ke?

Why rasa boleh berubah2? Bukan senang utk cari duit n nak spend 1 cup for rm 7.90 -rm 15.90. I beli 3 cup. Bila customer datang nak reward them self utk cuba air beutea. You guys tak bersungguh2 buat air. I kecewa betul. Rugi masa, tenaga, duit kalau dapat air yg rasa mcm buat ala kadar.

Please..appreciate setiap cup yang you guys nak buat. I know order yg masuk byk. N korang penat. Tapi kenapa kat cawangan beutea pavillion bukit jalil rasa tak berubah ya. I duduk sana few hours n order more than 1 cup. Rasa maintain je. Walaupun order yg masuk banyak. Sedap.. but kat cawangan ni.. rasa tak sedap.. i hope ada new improvement. We spend money for the quality and taste bukan rasa yg ala kadar.

Please check your staff kenapa perlu ambil masa yg lama untuk buat air? Cust tak ramai pun boleh buat air sangat. Please sent ur staff go to training.

Beutea never fails with their new drinks, tried out the passion fruit milk tea and instantly became my favourite! Very rich and aromatic. Not to mention their atmosphere and decor are always on point ! 10/10 🔥 even manage to get my hands on their free fridge magnets for their Merdeka promotion

I usually enjoy Beutea, but today’s experience was quite disappointing. I hope this feedback can help improve things moving forward.

1. I placed my order through the Beutea app at 2:05 PM for self pick-up, but only received my drink at around 3:15 PM. During this long wait, I asked about my order three times — once after 30 minutes, again after an hour, and the third time when I was already feeling very upset. It turned out that my drink had been prepared and packed in a bag, but left aside. Despite that, the staff still told me to “wait a little longer.” What made the situation worse was the staff’s attitude, which came across as dismissive and unfriendly. She seemed focused only on Grab orders and did not pay proper attention to walk-in customers. This felt quite unfair, as I believe orders should be handled in sequence. To add to the frustration, the order screen did not display numbers clearly, so customers had no idea how many orders were still pending.

2. When I finally collected my drink and went to my car, I realized the cup was leaking. I’m not sure why that type of cup was used, as I noticed other orders were given in sturdier packaging.

3. Most importantly, if the staff’s attitude had been friendlier and more attentive, I would not have felt so unhappy despite the delay. Unfortunately, the whole experience left me very disappointed.

Good drink should be matched with good service. I really hope Beutea can take this seriously and make things better moving forward.
