Absolutely loved this bar! One of my best experiences in Kota Kinabalu. Shame I couldn't be around for one of the packed concerts but I still loved this place. Love the aesthetic, mood and...um...scents. 😂 Really courtesy, cool staff! Shame I forgot to get anyone's name. Still a relaxing, memorable hang. Exactly what I needed; to unwind with a good drink and awesome staff during an otherwise lame trip to KK. Thank you again peeps/ladies! 😎

The bartender Melanie has exceptional memory, amazing mixing and communication skills. Her bartenders choice were fireeee. Love band was pretty good too

We did not have any food, but a nice cocktail bar hidden away. Stones throw from Chaya Hotel and perfect for a drink before heading back there. Staff knowledgeable on drinks and will customise you a cocktail if you ask. Live music on a Sunday night, unfortunately we missed this had a flight to catch.

Great atmosphere, an inviting place to relax and enjoy. The service is fabulous!! The staff who are not only friendly but genuinely welcoming. The bartenders are especially impressive, always keen about sharing their knowledge and taking the time to explain each cocktail in detail

Loved this establishment. Great drinks. Even greater music. And the feeling of drinking with friends is amazing too. Limestone drink was amazing: delicious - and a spectacular thing to look at too. Butter beer is such a delight to taste. Fries deserve an honourable mention too. So moreish! And the service: friendly, personable. Highly recommended. Near to Tg Aru!

This place is absolutely amazing. We're staying in Kota Kinabalu for a few days, travelled here from Melbourne. Luckily came across this speak easy style bar in KK and it was incredible. The cocktails are easily the best I've ever had and the staff was absolutely lovely. Michelle was great and I can't recommend the Jungle Bird enough! We loved it so much we're planning on heading back tomorrow night!

Wonderful experience to end my trip. Love the interaction with the host, she carefully explained the drinks on the menu and aided with our selection.

Drinks on the menu was also complex and interesting.

Pros:
Ambience is on point. My friend and I came around 7pm so it wasn’t too busy yet. Around 9pm onwards the crowd starts coming in. Staff is friendly and could recommend drinks based on what flavor profile you like. The drinks are amazing. All I can say is you’re drinking art. They’re both beautiful to look at and tasty. My friend and I each had 3 drinks each. Hands down one of the best drinks I’ve tasted so far.

Cons:
Parking here is a challenge. And the price of the cocktails are comparable to KL high end bars (around RM40 ++ onwards per drink).

Overall, I still think it’s worth the price point, and I really enjoyed my time here. My wallet doesn’t allow me to come often but I think it’s a perfect spot for dates.
