Reception hanya beroperasi sehingga 12 malam.Sekiranya walk in selepas waktu itu, sila semak waktu operasi kaunter yang sebenar. Kolam renang berada di aras 6. Bilik sangat selesa.

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. In the middle of the night, I accidentally locked myself out after leaving the room key inside. Shockingly, the hotel had no master key, no spare key, and no proper protocol to deal with the situation. I had to wait for hours in the lobby with no solution.

The staff contacted the manager, but I was told to wait until morning. When the manager finally arrived, they demanded a 100 MYR fine from us. This is absolutely absurd — we didn’t lose the key, we simply left it inside the room.

To make things worse, the staff member was literally sleeping inside the property, but acted like he came from far away and made a big deal out of helping us.

This hotel has no emergency procedures, zero customer care, and clearly no intention of treating guests with even basic respect. I will never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs.

정말 최악의 호텔 경험이었습니다. 새벽에 방 키를 방 안에 두고 나오는 실수를 했는데, 호텔은 마스터 키도, 스페어 키도, 심지어 어떤 매뉴얼도 없었습니다. 결국 몇 시간 동안 로비에서 기다려야만 했습니다. 직원은 관리자에게 연락을 했지만, 아침까지 기다려야 한다고 했습니다. 더 어이없는 건, 나중에 나타난 관리자가 우리에게 100링깃의 벌금을 요구했다는 점입니다.

우리는 키를 분실한 것이 아니라 단지 방 안에 두고 나온 것뿐인데도, 왜 벌금을 내야 했는지 전혀 이해할 수 없습니다. 게다가 해당 직원은 숙소 내에서 자고 있었던 사람이었는데, 마치 멀리서 일부러 온 것처럼 생색을 내며 행동했습니다.

이 호텔은 기본적인 위기 대응 시스템도 없고, 고객에 대한 배려도 없습니다. 절대 다시는 이용하지 않을 것이며, 다른 분들도 조심하시길 바랍니다.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights in Kota Kinabalu but ended up leaving after the first night due to the extremely poor conditions.

We had paid in advance for an extra bed, but upon arrival we were asked to pay the supplement again. The “extra bed” was just a thin, uncomfortable mattress placed on the floor, with a rock-hard pillow—not acceptable for a paying guest.

The room had two double beds, but one of them was full of metal springs that made every movement painful and prevented us from getting proper rest.

The bathroom had a constant foul smell, and the elevators were terribly slow, with long waiting times.

We requested to shorten our stay due to these issues, but the hotel refused to refund the unused night.

Overall, the conditions were unacceptable, and we would not recommend this place.

Not as on the pictures. Room isn't clean (hair and stains everywhere), bathroom smells badly and basics such as soap are missing. AC remote control doesn't work. On top, you have to wait for the elevator more than 15 min. We would not book here again.

Jeżeli chcesz spędzić swój urlop w windzie lub czekając na windę to jest idealne miejsce dla ciebie. Te windy programował jakiś pijany chińczyk albo kompletny idiota, nigdy wcześniej nie widziałem takich kolejek do windy, żeby dostać się na parter z 18 piętra potrzeba ok 15-20 minut!!! to nie jest żart tylko rzeczywistość w tym budynku, winda zatrzymuje się na każdym poziomie a tam czeka po kilkanaście osób a na samym dole bywa że oczekuje na wjazd do góry 30-40 osób!!! To jest dramat!!! Za każdym razem windy są napchane na full!!! Nigdy więcej tu nie zostanę nawet za darmo!!!

sandi lift nya bejam2 ko tunggu, ko paking kereta di tingkat 2 @ 3, lepas tu ko turun lagi lift di lobi, baru naik pg apartment, taubat nasuha aku 1st n last la booking sini, 1 star jak review aku bagi, bayang la kalau ada emergency....1st n last, pikir2 la kamu yg mau booking sini...makin maju makin slow

Exceptional service by Akmal. We had a travel emergency at the very last minute and Akmal was very helpfull and accomodating in helping us sort things out. The next day we met Rose to extend our stay and she was also very helpfull and accomodating. Overall, the staff here are good people with good heart and great hospitality. Will be staying here again for our next visit
