All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. All the equipments are so well maintained. Price is reasonable and not expensive considering all the activities (except the sea walk) are included in the fare. If I really want to pick something to "complain" the food choices (availability for the day) weren't a lot, and the food tastes were just average. Nevertheless, the overall experience is so good and worth every single penny spent.

PS: Come during weekdays and you can "own" the whole premise. It feels extremely nice to be "the king" of the island

Our visit to JSK Borneo Reef Sea World was truly remarkable. Being the only two customers that day, we received undivided attention and exceptional service from the staff manning the floating platform. Each of us had a dedicated instructor to guide us to various snorkelling locations, and paddling on their transparent glass boat added a unique touch to our experience. While the floating obstacles course seemed easy at first glance, it proved to be challenging and exhilarating. Despite initial concerns about high food prices due to limited options, our worries were unfounded. The prices, though slightly higher, remained reasonable and were even cheaper than those at some tourist attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent support throughout our visit. The only drawback was the less-than-optimal condition of the coral and the relatively sparse population of fish. Nonetheless, our overall experience was delightful and highly recommended.

It was a great day well spent at this resort. I picked the Sea World Adventure package that includes everything. It was so worth it. The price is very affordable too. Really enjoy the snorkeling and sea walking.

The cons would be:
1) lack of food options
2) lunchtime break that would halt any activity
3) we had to give up consent to them taking pictures and using our pictures for any purposes they desire. Not good for people who prefer privacy.

The staffs very friendly and helpful. They guided us to find Nemo and remind us careful of sea urchins.
The water not very clear due to last night heavy rain. But we very happy to see the Nemo fish.

Had a great time with the kids there. The place is not brand new but well kept and clean. Staff were attentive and placed our safety first. The private reefs were in much better condition than some parts of the marine park. Would just come here for snorkelling experience rather than the other areas.

It's a great fun place with well trained friendly staffs from the jetty to the floating platform. Sea walking , snorkeling, kayaking and the obstacle run were all great. Lunch was good. F&B sold there all reasonably priced. However activities there are weather and sea clarity dependant. The price is a bit steep , but that's because they need staffs to come along to ensure your safety and enjoyment, which u don't get if you go to the beach islands.
